.:Physical Appearance:. As a kitten Toulouse was a ginger little cat who always wore a blue ribbon around his neck. He usually had his paw dipped in paint and his cat hair all furrowed. He wasn't the picture of perfection like his sister Marie.

As a man, Theodore hasn't changed all that much. His hair is still ruffled, he usually has his thumb in his mouth and a paintbrush in his hand as he's staring at an empty canvas waiting inspiration. He dresses a mess, his lanky figure not helping too much.

.:Personality:. Thedore has always been the type who was scatter brained. That didn't change when he was brought to Storybrooke. His head was always in the clouds about a life he could have as a painter. He's always been silly, good hearted, and a bit of a trouble maker. When he was a young kitten he always enjoyed teasing his sister, Marie. It was all in good fun and never anything he meant malicious. His mother had raised all three of them to be good natured and to love one another. Ultimately that transferred over into Theodore's human life.

.:History:. As a kitten Toulouse, his siblings, and his mother were basically kidnapped by Edgar. A man they thought was more than just the help in the house but a family friend. As it turned out Edgar had wanted the money their owner had left for them in her will. He assumed that by getting rid of the cats he would be entitled to the money.

On the journey back home, the cats had bumped into an alley cat name Thomas O'Malley. Toulouse had always wanted to meet an alley cat, and had always dreamed about learning how to bit and scratch and fight like one.

Once the curse hit the Enchanted Forrest it had brought Toulouse and his family to story Brooke with no memories of the past. He had became Theodore now, a struggling artist who thought he had no family and no one in his life. Basically living a very lonely and poor life, which was the total opposite to his kitten life.
