This was Emma and Hook's special day. It was no one else's. However, this was Tink's opportunity to dance with Killian and talk to him. The moment was sweet, and she wasn't ready for it to end until the song was over..but she was cut short by Hook's crew mate Katalina who the fairy had a rather..checkered past with. She asked to cut in, and honestly? Tink didn't really want to make a huge scene at the reception. Not that it wouldn't be expected..what was a wedding without a fight anyway? Especially if those inhabitants were from the Enchanted Forest. Her head turned to the side and she looked at Katalina. "Actually, Kat, the song is almost over and I would like to finish. How would you feel if someone cut in on your dance? That's rhetorical, in case you were wondering." She spoke in a rather calm, and collected tone. "Besides, I have yet to give the groom my gift." She felt disrespected, as though she was being undermined by the pirate. In fact, it rather broke her heart.
"But as I don't want to cause a scene, unlike a certain pirate that craves attention, I think I will allow you finish this dance with him." She lifted her gaze as to apologize to Killian for how angry she had gotten, but as the dance was quite important to her and Katalina couldn't wait for a mere moment longer, she had gotten a little.. frustrated. "Save another dance on your card for me, Hook. I'll be sure to give you your gift soon." She gave him a small smile before she turned her attention to Katalina again. "Don't trip on your toes, Kitty Kat." She lifted her chin, and walked away from the duo. It wasn't long before the bride had stopped her, and pulled her in to a sudden dance with her and the dwarves.

Whenever you need me, I'll be there I'll be around
Katalina honestly thought the song was over, but apparently it had just quieted down for a second, and yes, she actually did feel bad about it. Even though it was TinkerBell, she wanted to be respectful at Killian's wedding and had planned on cutting it after the song was over. She knew that at most weddings you didn't get a full dance with the groom or the bride, but she wanted to be nice.
Yeah, that didn't shine through at all. Maybe it was the way Katalina phrased it as well, and Tink didn't react well to it. "I'm sorry, go ahead," she started to say, but Tink seemed to have continued on to say she didn't want to cause a huge scene. Neither did Katalina, but she had been trying to apologize. She really didn't mean to literally cut in in the middle of the song, or near the end, or beginning...hell, she didn't even know where the song began or ended anymore. She wasn't good at this part, getting a good time to dance with someone.
The comment about a pirate craving attention, Kat simply brushed off. She, too, didn't want to cause a scene. At least they finally had something they could agree on. It figured when Kat was trying to be nice, it backfires and spits in her face. She looked down at her feet while Tink talked to Killian, and then whipped her head back up when Tink dared call her Kitty Kat.
Eyes narrowed, Katalina smiled bitterly. "Don't run into anything, Slime Fairy." Okay, that one she simply couldn't hold back, but she instantly regretted it. Not for Tink, but for Killian. Tink was Killian's friend, whether Kat liked her or not, and she wanted to respect that, she really did. The two just never really got along no matter how many times Kat apologized for attempting to catch her.
Kat turned back to Killian, an apologetic smile on her face. "That was not how I intended this to go."

Till Death DO US PART Killian watched the exchange between the two women. Kitty-Kat. Slime Fairy. Such colorful words for one another. He was well aware of the fact that they didn't get along, nor had he ever tried to force them to. They were both mature women, capable of making their own ties and relationships and if they were unable to do so with each other . . . well, Hook was in no position to try and force otherwise. Ever since Neverland, there had been a tension between them. So long as neither got hurt . . . and luckily in this exchange, neither of them did. Killian gave a smile, nod and wink at Tinkerbell as she made her leave, after he had silently watched the brief conversation between both women.
He then turned his attentions to Katalina as she stood before him, his hands taking their position for the next dance as the music came on. He didn't exactly have many friends here, so he was certainly going to enjoy the company of those he did have while his bride was busy with her own company of family and friends. Katalina spoke of how that had not been how she'd intended the conversation to go, and Hook only smiled with amusement, slightly shaking his head at the two of them. "Can't say I expected differently," he said teasingly. "You two don't have to argue though. There's plenty of me to go around," he added with teasing arrogance as he began to lead them in the dance. "You look lovely tonight, Kitten," he told her genuinely with a softer smile.

Whenever you need me, I'll be there I'll be around
Katalina was feeling pretty good other than the guilt that came with arguing on Killian's wedding day. It could have been worse, she supposed. At least they didn't get into a fist fight or anything of that sort. That would have been fun, but she wouldn't try to cause that sort of fight on an important date such as this.
When Killian mentioned there was enough of him to go around, Katalina smiled up at him. "I know, I think she's the one who's jealous. I am no good at figuring out whether songs are finished or not." She got in position to dance with him, and she felt a blush rise to her cheeks when he commented her on how she looked.
"This old thing? This is nothing. You're the one who looks handsome, Killian." Kat laughed a bit. "And besides, congratulations are in order. You're officially hitched. How does that feel?"

Till Death DO US PART Killian continued to smile when Katalina suggested that Tink was jealous, and that she was unsure as to whether songs were complete or not. He was well aware that the two women didn't get along, and he wasn't going to try and force them to. Both women were strong and independent. Besides, it was completely unrealistic for everyone to always get along with one another. "Don't worry, love. No wedding is complete without dramatics," he stated with a teasing smile. "Besides, this is far better than any threat or impending danger." Which always seemed to be the case in Storybrooke and the Enchanted Forest. Not to mention the fact that it was also the case on Emma's parent's wedding. At least Regina had changed her ways.
He continued to smile as he saw a blush color her cheeks when he complimented her. She spoke of how it was an old thing, and how he was the one who looked handsome. "Oh I know," he agreed with playful arrogance. "I always look devilishly handsome but tonight, I believe I look more . . . dashingly handsome," he said with a cocky grin. "As for you Kitten, the last time I saw you in a dress, I called you a wench," he said, recalling back to their attempt to save Smee. "Tonight, you look exquisite." Even though he tended to tease her, tonight was not a night for such things. He was enjoying the meaning of this celebration far too much. She then wished him congratulations and his smile slightly widened as she asked what it felt like to be married.
"A bit surreal," he admitted truthfully. "Though I couldn't be happier," he added on sincerely. He loved Emma with all his heart and for her to feel the same way, take this massive leap in their relationship . . . well, mere words could not express how excited he was to start their new life together. "Did you ever imagine that a pirate's wedding would be so lavish," he said in a low voice, playfully teasing the extravagance of the ball and how unexpected he at least thought it was for how his wedding would be. Marriage was a first time for both him and Emma, and while he had no complaints about how beautiful the ball was, he felt it save to say that this was a new and unexpectedly foreseen type of wedding for both him and his bride.

Whenever you need me, I'll be there I'll be around
Katalina felt like the guilt she had been feeling was melting away, and she was grateful for that. Besides, Killian was right. There wasn't a real wedding without dramatics. "I guess when you put it that way, I'm uh happy to be of service?" A slow grin spread across her lips as she spoke, feeling better and better about it. And yes, there wasn't any impeding danger lurking about; Katalina would have kicked whoever's ass if there had been.
Katalina giggled when Killian stated that he was more dashingly handsome than usual that night. Cocky pirate. Granted, she knew that it wasn't so much cockiness as he was right. Any woman would be practically throwing themselves at him, giving anything to be the one in Emma's shoes right about now.
But not Katalina. This was family. "Ah, there it is. The first time I'm not a wench, hm? That feels funny." She knew he called her a wench before, but they needled each other often enough, and she felt great pleasure that he was actually complimenting her tonight. "Well, thank you. I'm glad you think that I look exquisite. I will remind you that you said that to me in twenty years or so." She grinned again, but there were tears threatening to form in her eyes.
Now, this wedding was certainly fancy and a big show, but Katalina couldn't say she wasn't surprised. "Well, you always did like a big show, Killian. I'm sure you wouldn't have the wedding any other way."

Till Death DO US PART Killian smiled in return, glad that she seemed to be easing into the dance rather than remaining concerned with the unpleasant exchange she had with Tinkerbell. Tonight was one of celebration and he wanted all those who came to enjoy themselves. Especially those he called friend. She then spoke of this being the first time she wasn't a wench, and that it felt funny. "You're never a wench," he told her truthfully, knowing that despite all his years of mercilessly teasing her . . . that was all it had been. Teasing and jest. Undergoing this reformation that he believed changed him for the better allowed him to see things from a different perspective.
He felt more like the Lieutenant he had once been so many years ago, rather than just a ruthless pirate who cared for nothing. "Though if it pleases you to remind me of that in two decades time, then I shan't stand in your way," he said with teasing. He did not fail to notice the tears in her eyes, giving her a soft smile, deciding not to verbally acknowledge it. Not even in teasing. "Aye, this is true. But even I never would have anticipated a wedding this grand." He had often envisioned it to take place on his boat . . . not in a castle. Though he ensured that his tone was not suggesting he believed this to be a bad thing. He wanted Emma to have such a day; be a princess bride. "I am sure this has made up for what Swan's mother lacked in the past several years." Planning and throwing grand balls and celebrations. Especially ones for her daughter.

Whenever you need me, I'll be there I'll be around
Katalina knew that the pirate was causing her cheeks to redden about never having been a wench. She smiled warmly up at the man that she would always consider family, part of her not believing that this was actually happening. But alas, each time she blinked, they were still dressed up as if they went through a wedding. Tears were threatening to form in her eyes, but she forced them back. She would not cry.
When Killian offered to let her remind him of that in two decades of time, Katalina let out a soft chuckle as she leaned into his shoulder. "That's if you don't get tired of me and my twenty cats by then." Who knew? It was possible she could be the little old lady with twenty cats in the future...
"It is such a grand wedding. Snow outdid herself this time," Kat murmured. "If I ever get married, it won't look like this, I'm sure. You got a good woman and a good family along with it, Killian. I'm thrilled to see you happy."

Till Death DO US PART Killian continued to smile when she spoke of getting sick of her and her twenty cats. "I wouldn't ever get sick of you, love," he assured her sincerely. "I did after all endure your company during our time in Neverland," he said teasingly. She had been one of the few survivors of his crew after all that time they'd spent on the accursed island. The rest had perished in the caves and other trecherous terrains and traps that the island offered. She agreed that the wedding was grand, and that Snow outdid herself.
"Aye, that she did. She truly proved her capabilities as an event planner and hostess," he said. He was just so thrilled that Snow and Charming had accepted him, and that there were no longer any tensions between them. For he knew he could never have asked Emma to marry him without their blessing -- which was why he had done the traditional thing and asked David first, before proposing to Emma. Katalina went on to say that if she were to ever get married, that it wouldn't look like this, and then added on that he had a good woman and a good family, expressing her joy over seeing him happy which truly meant a great deal to him.
"From my understanding, it is the woman who tends to have the most say in how she wishes her wedding to be," he began to say with a light playfulness, but his words weren't without truth. Only in this case, it had been more Snow who had taken control. "Your wedding will be as you wish it to be," he added on. Whether she wanted a ball, or a ceremony on a ship. "Thank you, lass," he said gratefully upon her lastly spoken words. "I am fortunate to be with such a woman to call my wife, and to be surrounded by friends on this day." He never, ever thought his life would reach this point. And he was so ecstatic that it had.
