Liam chuckled as Elizabeth started to elaborate on what she thought should be mentioned in describing him. His brother would probably describe other features of him. Like, for example their similarities, the fact that he was slightly taller than him, wrinkles, the locks, which they did not share. Still, it did make sense for this Emma to recognize him, knowing now that Killian had spoken of him. It filled his heart with warmth to know that after all these years his baby brother still hadn’t forgotten him, still thought of him as important enough to tell the woman he loved about him. “I am pretty sure my brother would not mention such a thing, you know he has a bit of an ego. He might have mentioned my beautiful fiancée, though, my good taste in women and such.”
As she spoke of their wedding, he laced their fingers together, holding her hands tightly. He hadn’t even given a thought to it until now. If they’d live long enough, they could get married again. She deserved the full ceremony. But maybe they only had a little time frame. Maybe this was their one shot and he had no intention of letting it pass.
“If we get the chance to, my love, if we will have a beautiful wedding. But if not, let us exchange vows now. We’d not be legally married, but we’d be in our hearts.”

Flattery. Liam was so skilled at many things, and flattery was certainly one of them. It didn't help that she knew he meant every word of it.. it made it even more special, and therefore, it wound her around his little finger even more everytime he'd give her such a compliment. "You're too kind, Liam.. after all of these..centuries, evidently," she spoke blinking, suddenly realizing how long it had been.. "I still don't know what I did to deserve such a kind, wonderful man." He was everything to her. He was the love of her life.
He told her that if they lived long enough in this new world, that they would have a beautiful wedding..but for now, they could exchange vows, and be married in their hearts. A smile curved on to Elizabeth's pink lips and she could already feel another pool of tears welling in her eyes. "Liam.. I've been married to you in my heart since the moment you proposed.." She spoke in a soft whisper. "I care not about what the law says.. The rules of this world could be incredibly different than the ones we know.. being married, in our hearts, is the most important thing to me. I love you.. and I don't want to wait another second..especially since we don't know how many of those we even have.."

All those centuries. Wait how the hell was Killian still alive? Was this even possible? For a human to survive this long? How did he do it? But what did it matter? After all this time they were finally all reunited again. And they got to meet Emma. Maybe this was why they survived for this long? To meet her. Maybe she was it, his brothers One, his True Love. He'd be happy. Emma was, as far as he could see, a truly amazing lass.
Liam pulled her hand up, gently kissing her ring finger. "We've been married in spirit long before that, Elizabeth. We were meant to be, my love. Our souls have been born linked, destined to end up together one day. Maybe fate planned to put our love to the test like this and we did it. Elizabeth, we've been married in spirit for so long. But I can not wait to put a ring on your finger and to show to the world, that we belong together, irrevocably." He even had had a ring back then. It had been on the Jewel, in the safe. He wondered if Killian still had it on the ship, if he still had the ship. For now though, Liam let go of her hands to remove his jacket. Quickly he ripped a golden strand off of the jacket. He seperated it, to create two thin enough strands. Then Liam took her hand back. "I love you, Elizabeth, now and forever. You are my wife. And for as long as we're given time, I shall worship you, through thick and thin, for better or worse. I shall be with you through everything. As your devoted husband." Gently he tied the strand around her ring finger, before offering the second one. It wasn't custom for men to wear a ring back in their time. But he did not care. He wanted to show it to the world as well.

As Elizabeth listened to her words, she swore that she was seeing him with little hearts surrounding him. She was filled with such love for him, that she could hardly stand it. She couldn't believe that for so long, they were apart. She also, deep down, was broken hearted..because she took her life in hopes to be with him, and even in death, they were still apart. Luckily..they both had a second chance. And perhaps if they were bound by marriage..they'd meet again in the afterlife this time. But.. that was not something to think of now. This was a happy time. She smiled warmly when he spoke of wishing to put a ring on her finger, and seal the bond they had for so long..officially.
She was about to speak.. to agree that she knew for so long that they were eternally bonded, and meant for each other..but she was distracted by what Liam had been doing with his jacket. She watched him pull a strand of gold from the jacket, but before she could ask what he was doing, he was seperating it in to two..and he was speaking his vows. She could feel the breath catching in her throat as she was taken aback by the surprise. His words made tears fall down her cheeks. Tears of joy.. happiness..love...with only a hint of sadness of the days they had to spend out of each other's arms. But that wouldn't happen again.. not if Elizabeth had a say in it. His words touched her heart, in only a way that Liam could..and when he finished.. he wrapped one of the golden strands around her finger..and held the other out to her.
She gingerly took the strand of gold, and looked in to his eyes. "Liam Jones.. you are one of my best friends, and the other half of my heart and soul. I will worship you long after I take my last breath...for even death can not come between our love. I'm so proud to have you as my husband.. and i'm honored to be your wife." She wrapped the strand of gold around his ring finger, and she looked in to his eyes. "Does that mean it's time to kiss the bride?" She asked with a soft, yet teasing tone in her voice.

Killian should be here. his brother should be with them, but at the same time Liam was glad he wasn't. This time it was only them, a moment shared so intimately, so very much against protocol it was unlike him. Bu he was glad of every moment of it. Protocol did not matter in love. He should have thrown it to the wind when he began courting her, but he wanted her to have everything, so he strictly followed it. Now, however this was theirs, entirely theirs. They were bonded now. Through her beautiful vows and through the makeshift rings they now shared. The warm feeling could only be described as 'being home' or feeling true love, because he was sure they were true love. Every part of them was.
Without a word he crashed their lips together in a hungry kiss. She was his wife now, unconventionally but he didn't care. They would never again part, so he ran his tongue over her lips in a request of her to open them and allow him to join them further. Until, well he had to simply breathe. Breathing a bit harder than usual, he looked at her after the kiss. "That was.... We're finally married, Liz. No matter what anyone says. I am yours." And she was his. "This time I won't let death part us. This time I won't willingly stop kissing my wife either." With that he kissed her once more, sweet now, though.

This had not been Liam and Elizabeth's first kiss.. but this was for sure the most passionate. Protocol was pushed away, as they were - in their hearts - truly married. It wasn't wrong anymore to sneak away for kisses.. now, they were able to show the word their love. She returned his kiss with one of equal hunger. She desired him, in every way.. and honestly, they had waited a long.. long time. When the kiss ended, he spoke more words that made her feel as though she were going to swoon. "I love you so much Liam.. and I am yours. Now, then, and forever." He kissed her once more..and this time, it was soft, and sweet.
She wished that they didn't have to take a breath..she couldn't kiss his lips enough. She lifted a hand and lightly glided her nails over the back of his hair, while her other hand clutched his shoulder. She slightly lifted one foot off of the ground, and she leaned gently against him, in hopes that he would fall her should she swoon. A soft sigh flowed from Elizabeth, and vibrated gently against Liam's lips. She wanted to give herself completely in that kiss.. and she was doing her absolute best to show her love in the best way, she knew how.

Even after those kisses he could not bring himself to pull away. Instead he hugged his now wife close, making sure she was enveloped in his arms, hopefully feelings save and loved in them as he had sworn to make her feel in his mind. To think she had given her life because she could not take how they had changed, it was the horror to him, it still made him feel so guilty, as did what happened to his brother. She spoke of so many changes on him, cause by his death probably. All of that could have been prevented, had he just listened to him, had he been less… stubborn, less of a Jones that day. Slowly he broke even the embrace.
“Let’s walk a little, my love.” They should find some place to stay, together. He had gotten some ideas through his previous conversation and had by now confirmations that a certain place in town would allow them to stay there once they told them Emma or Killian sent them, whyever that was. He’d ask either of them eventually. “If this last, Liz… do you still want kids?” Could they risk it? They were supposed to be dead, but he couldn’t help but hope. Maybe they couldn’t have children now due to having died.

Elizabeth smiled when Liam asked her to walk with him. She took him by the arm, and began to stroll away from the spot in the cemetery they'd both been standing. It was then, that Elizabeth realized that their private vows were spoken in a place surrounded by death.. It was ironic, since just the previous day, that was the fate of both of them. He had asked her if she still wanted children. That would have been an easy question long ago, but things had changed. Was this still a good world to bring children in to? Selfishness made her want to say yes. "I do, Liam.. I would love to be the mother of your children." She had a sense of sadness in her voice, though. "I just hope that I'll be able to carry them safely."
Her hand gripped his arm just a little tighter. "I won't lie.. I am frightened of this new world, and what it could bring for us. My sense of adventure is wavering, which.. is something I never thought I'd say. But it seems to be treating Killian well.. so I think we should embrace it." Her gaze lifted to Liam, and her fingers relaxed from gripping his bicep. "We won't know, however if we can have children.. until we try." She gave him a hint of a grin, and then she looked away with a blush, and a giggle. Although Elizabeth wasn't exactly the epitome of femininity, since she would run around with Liam and Killian when they were younger, attempting to be one of the boys, she was still quite feminine when it came to speaking of.. intimate matters.

Whatever this world held, they’d tackle it together. Maybe it was just a few hours, a few days in this world, in Killians presences, but they’d make the most of it. Hopefully their makeshift rings would be enough to keep them together in the afterlife now. They belonged together now and then and nothing should part them anymore. It wasn’t fair. Maybe they’d have their happy ending, maybe fate worked as mysteriously as to give them this chance, this happiness at being together again.
“Aye, we should embrace it. This world is foreign and uncommon, but with a little help, I am sure we can feel at home.” And help they would have. Killians blonde love proved that already and Killian would help them as well. They walked, Liam enjoying the air, while it was still smelling so differently. There were flowers here, lots of them, he noticed. It smelled so good. Funny how this was the one place where the air smelled most foreign and familiar at the same time.
“We shall just have to try it then, Elizabeth. Either way, this might be our only chance to give in to those bodily pleasures. We should embrace it, for the moment might pass sooner than it came.” As such they shouldn’t even bother spending much time in unknown places. Who cared where they were as long as they had each other? Wasn’t that all they needed? Each other and the knowledge of Killians safety.
