.:Personality:. In a word, insane. The Mach Hare has a reputation in Wonderland for being madder than the queen herself, perhaps madder than any other resident of the realm. He is ruthless, lacking any sort of empathy, and his mental instablity results in unpredictable and highly dangerous behavior. He has a cruel nature, his very business being hunting innocent creatures. He can be delirious at times, and has an abnormal obession with tea and tea parties. Before the curse, the March Hare lived in Wonderland. He lives an extremely rich and extravagant lifestyle, owning a large house and garden that is protected by guards. He also frequently indulges in large tea parties, having an obession with them. He is rumored to be madder than the Red Queen and is feared for his reputation as a hunter of innocent creatures. He has had many conquests, his best known having caught hares and made a hat out of their ears.
One particular individual disrupted his otherwise sinister lifestyle. Jefferson had attempted to steal from him and The March Hare's tolerance for such crimes were low . . . mainly when that person was stealing from him. He caught Jefferson but no sooner did his wife come to rescue him. While they managed to escape, his guard's arrow wounded her and she was left for dead. But thanks to a little magic, and the wonders of Wonderland, the March Hare successfully managed to heal her. He kept her captive in his home, a prisoner, never allowing her to return to her family to teach what happens to those who try to defy him. He was quite content with this form of punishment. It was so much better than death; suffering always was.
