Enemies: The Dark One has a great deal many enemies. Either those jealous of his power, wanting to take it for their own, or people who he has crossed paths with and the meeting did not turn out that well. Is biggest enemies before included his father Malcolm/Peter Pan, whom Rumple managed to kill once and for all, and Hook, though they are hardly at each others throats now a days, as they are both trying to be "law abiding citizens".
Friends: For the Dark One, making friends, or allies, could be as easy as snapping ones fingers. However, many do not trust him as far as they can throw him. Suffice it to say, true friends are few and far between for Gold. Does the Dark One require them?, no, not really. But maybe he has use of you yet.
Family: This is a long complicated situation, just know that anyone worth anything in Storybrooke is probably connected with Rumple in some way or another, rather it be by blood, or in laws.
Lover: The only true love of his life, Belle is the only women he can truly love anymore.
If you need something, the Dark One most likely has it, or in the very least has the ability to get it. Though the object you desire most often comes with a heavy price.
