Life in Neverland was pretty easy, so long as she kept her distance from the Shadow, and she kept Pan happy. The two were..well, they tolerated each other. Tinkerbell didn't tell Pan how to live his life and how to run his island, and Tink well..she got to live. She had a good enough existence, living in a tree house, and she had an excellent view of the shadow flying over with new recruits that Pan was bringing to the island. It made her feel guilty, for awhile, but eventually it just became business as usual.
She didn't know many of the lost boys, but there were some that she'd seen scouting the area every now and then. She never spoke to them, because she assumed that they liked to keep to themselves. Tink was one to keep to herself for the most part as well. It was hard for her to trust people, as she was shunned and banished by her own kind. One day though, she spotted one of the boys out on his own, and she was feeling a little bored, and feeling like having a conversation. Maybe he'd even speak back to her. "Oi," She shouted from her tree house. "Lost boy.. up here." She tossed a piece of fruit at him, just missing his head. "Oops!" she giggled. "Sorry."
She assumed that the boys knew about her.. that Pan had warned them that she was there.. but she was willing and ready to introduce herself as needed.

Fairy Tale While patrolling the woods, James heard a female voice and nearly felt as something wheezed past his head and fell behind him. Looking over his shoulder, he sees a piece of fruit and narrows his eyes at the offending item, almost as if it was its fault he was nearly hit by it. Then, he turns to the source of the voice and sees her.
Pan has warned the boys that there was yet another guest on the island, after Wendy and Captain Hook, and her name was… something-bell. James wasn’t paying much attention after Pan has told them that she was an adult and apparently a fairy. James doesn’t trust adults so it’s safe to assume that he has no reason to trust this woman either.
Still, something about her aura stops him from being absolutely mad at her and going for her head. But he’s still rather annoyed with the fact that she started a conversation with him and he looks up at her with his eyebrow furrowed.
“You better be.” James did hear the woman apologizing to him, but that doesn’t remove the annoyance from the teenager’s voice. “Do you need anything?”

Oh, the lost boys. They were so adorable and so moody. For being on an island where they were allowed to do whatever they wanted being completely void of parents, they sure had a lot of pent up hostility. She hopped out of her tree house when the boy acknowledged her, and she walked toward him. "Just offering you some lunch." She mused as she bent down to pick up the fruit that she had thrown. "But if you're just going to leave it sit there to go to waste..." She crossed her arms over her chest and she looked him over. The boys were always so young.. this one looked like a teenager. A little older than most of them she had met so far.
"I haven't met you yet.. Pan said that i'd likely meet you all eventually. You, seem like you're a little charmer." Holding the fruit in one hand, and she placed her other hand on her hip. "What's your name, Lost Boy? I'm Tinkerbell." But he probably already knew that. Pan spoke of how he would alert his boys to not attack when they saw her. She was to be safe.. as long as she didn't anger Pan.

Fairy Tale James raises an eyebrow at the same offending piece of fruit. That’s hardly any lunch – if what the fairy says was the truth – but it’s not like the lost boy is hungry anyway. James then looks around their surroundings, keeping alert, as well as checking out the treehouse the woman is staying in. Not too shabby, if James could say so himself. He wonders who helped her with it. “I already ate, thanks.”
James looks back at the fairy, when she mentions her name. So that’s what she’s called. He’ll make sure not to forget it next time they meet. “James. My name is James.” James nods his head at the fairy. “Peter warned us about you. He said you’re to be kept safe… something about you losing your magic.” James’ eyes tinkle at the mention of the word magic – the boy can never get enough of it, even after living in a magical island for many, many years. “Is it true?”
