Neal/Bae and Ruby: He does stay at the B&B so maybe these two interacted at some point. With Ruby seeing how he's settling in and all that.
Cinderella/Ashley and Red/Ruby: I could see these two interacting together. In the Forest they were both close with Snow and Charming, so maybe this lead to some interaction between them.
During the curse, it seemed like Ruby was Ashley's best friend, so maybe some during the curse threads. Maybe a thread where Ashley learns she's pregnant and tries to confide in Ruby about it.
After the Curse: this is where I had the biggest idea. After the death of Billy, maybe these two can grieve over Billy together. Seeing as he was also Gus one of Ella's best friends.
