.:Physical Appearance:. Ashleigh has long brown hair and shy eyes that are actually quite deceiving. She used to at one point use that shy look in her eyes to lure sailors to their deaths. She is a bit tan, and usually has a smile plastered across her face. With the legs she has in Story Brook, Ashleigh love to abuse the fact that she can wear jeans. You probably won't even catch her in a skirt or dress.

.:Personality:. Ashleigh used to be the type of person who didn't give two thoughts on luring sailors and pirates to their deaths in neverland. But since coming to Story Brook she had found herself being a more open person. She's a very opinionated girl, and though she's lived for centuries in neverland, her mind never fully aged and she is still rather immature and has a child like mentality. Because of this, at times Ashleigh has an aura of innocence about her. She's an adventurous person, and whenever there is talk about helping defeat a villain, or going up against a hero, she usually wants in. She doesn't take side, being someone who was formally aligned on the side of evil. There are times when Ashleigh can have a bit of a temper, but she usually tries to keep it all bottled inside. Which at times could blow up in her face..or rather, someone else's.

Before the Curse, Ashleigh was a mermaid that lived in neverland. She quite enjoyed the centuries that she spent there, even though time seemed to stand still. She never had any qualms with using her voice to lure the men who sailed in her small little section of the sea. Of course, she also thought that was how life was for mermaids, almost as though she didn't realize she had a choice in the matter. She didn't spend much of her time out of the water, considering it was her favorite place. In the ocean was where she always felt at home.

Eventually, Ashleigh became curious seeing people coming and going from neverland to and from other worlds. She had never really known mermaids had the ability to cross over to other worlds. Once she tried it, she had found her way to the enchanted forest.

Of course it was terrible timing, considering she had gotten swept up in a curse that sent her to Story Brook, Maine. The life in the regular world was definitely one she needed to get used to. Legs, for one, was a new big thing. She had never really walked around on two feet before. Ashleigh had never felt the inkling to try and leave the water. Now she didn't really have a choice. She was just like everyone else in Story Brook.

After seeing the savior literally save everyone in town a few times, Ashleigh had a a bit of a change of heart. She wasn't going to just go run off and try to be hero or anything, but she would definitely attempt to turn over somewhat of a new leaf. There was no reason to really hurt people any more, at least not in this new land.
