Besides it's just practical to keep it out of her face. She usually dresses very simple, tank tops pants and boots. She has naturally tanned skin that gets darker in the summer because she's always outside in the sun.

.:Personality:. Amarah is the type of person who has the ability to be very warm hearted, but unfortunately her desire of having things gets in the way. She's a kleptomaniac who really doesn't care what it is that she's stealing, but thinks that she needs it. She loves shiny objects, and usually lets them blind her from her ultimate goal. Because of this, though, she's become a great pick pocket. She could nab something from your back pocket without you feeling a thing. She can be quite selfish, but just needs to be reminded sometimes that she isn't the only person on the planet. Once she comes to her senses she is very warm hearted. She's feisty, sneaky, and loves to scheme.

But she's also very loyal. Once Amarah has deemed you someone she cares about, she will do anything to protect you. And will do anything to anyone who would threaten your safety. She's a think later act first kind of person, and has never seemed to have a problem with that. She gets frustrated easily when things don't go her way, and she absolutely hates to be told that she was wrong.

.:History:. In Agrabah, Abu had been taken in by Aladdin when she was just a young monkey. She had helped him steal, grab, distract, and basically whatever Aladdin needed. She was very protective over him, considering he was the only family she ever had. In the beginning she didn't approve of Aladdin's fascination with Jasmine. She just assumed she was a Princess, a regular one who probably didn't deserve Aladdin. Jasmine grew on her after awhile and had no problem following them to the Enchanted Forrest to start over a new a life.

In Storybrooke, Amarah had no recollection of who Aladdin was before the curse was broken. Inf anything Regina's spell had placed them as enemies. Ali was her competition on the streets, the only other thief/pick pocketer who had been around. The two knew they were enemies, though Amarah had never really known why. It just had always been that way since as long as she could remember. Of course that only last until the savior broke the curse and granted their memories back. Amarah had never felt so happy to regain something in her life. Not being a part of Al's life had made her feel rather incomplete.
