.:Personality:. Pips had never been the type of fairy that followed orders very well, unless they were given to him by Crysta. Otherwise he would do his own thing. He is a very curious and adventurous fairy. He loves to explore the forests and humans had always fascinated him a bit. Even though he was taught to fear them, Pips didn't. It wasn't like he liked them or hated them, Pips was just a naturally curious person. So he was always wanting to learn about different cultures. As a child, Pips had been the type of fairy that was hard to handle, and difficult to deal with. He was rude, obnoxious, and just gave everyone a hard time. It wasn't until he was told he would tasked with the job of protecting his friend Crysta, who was next in line to be Queen, that he knew he had to toughen up.

.:Occupation:. In the enchanted forest, he was Crysta's guard. In Storybrooke he works in the morgue at the hospital.
.:History:. When the smoke had first appeared in Ferngully many fairies were unsure what was happened, Pips' parents were two of those fairies. The black smoke had been toxic to their people and to their land, killing anything green that it touched. If it hadn't been for Crysta trapping the evil king who wanted to take over their land, their people probably would have been wiped out and their lands taken over.

Unfortunately the warlock who had helped the king had escaped. Though, Pips had promised Crysta he would help find him. Vengeance was not a very fairy feeling, But he couldn't help it.

After the smoke had left and the lands started to grow again, a new curse spread across the lands. And word hadn't spread fast enough. They were all whisked into Storybrooke. For 28 years Pips lived as a man named Pacey who worked in a morgue with the dead. Maybe the Evil Queen had found it funny to place a fairy who once dealt with life and beauty with the dead.
