| ~ • ~ | Personality | ~ • ~ |
.:Personality:. Jack is a fun loving boy, he doesn't really like responsibility and likes spearding fun to all the people he can. He is very brave, and a determined individual when he wants to be. He isn't perfect and he is known to make mistakes and does his best to fix them, if he can. He fears that no one would ever truly love him or believe in him. He doesn't back down from a challenge or a fight very often, but he also knows when it is best to retreat to fight another day.
.:Strengths:. His magical abilities. He can cause it to snow, make snow balls, he can use the wind and his walking stick to fly, and he can use the snow in an offensive way as well, even using it to make a temporary shield or powerful blast. He is also very brave and can figure out stuff that some people may struggle with.
.:Weaknesses:. Though he is brave, sometimes it is just an act, he fears being alone, unseen and unloved. His walking stick is the source of his powers, so if one is capable of getting it out of his hands, he is nothing more then a powerless being, however, breaking the stick does you no good as Jack can repair it. Without his powers, he doesn't really have many other skills.

.:Occupation:. The Guardian of Fun
.:History:. Not much is known about Jack's "Human life". He was born some 300 years ago, and grew up in a small village with his family, including his little sister. One day, he took his little sister out onto the ice to ice skate, however, they soon discovered that the ice was too thin. Jack managed to save his little sister from falling in, but in the process, fell in himself, and thus his human life ended. He awoke with no memory of his old self and rose from the hole in the ice, where the Man in the Moon told him that he was chosen, only he didn't tell him what he was chosen for. Jack soon found out that his walking stick held magical abilities, he could control snow and ice and even fly using the wind. When he went to the nearby villiage to spread the fun, he found out no one could see him and that he was invisible, and no one would see him until they start believing in him.
Jack spent the next 275 or so years spearding the fun, trying to get people to believe in him. Some people started saying the phrase "Jack Frost Nipping at your Nose", but no one truly believed in him yet. Still unseen, he found ways to travel to other worlds. Mainly using Santa's Magic Snowglobe, which he...borrowed from Santa a few times. The Snowglobe can be used to travel to any place, just by thinking about that place. This was how Santa traveled so quickly to deliver presents to all the good boys and girls. Jack was always a curious lad, and hearing about other realms, he wanted to visit them to see what exactly was different about them. One place he found most curious was The Enchanted Forest, and he used Santa's Snowglobe to travel there. He found the place full of dark magic, wizards and sorcerers of all kinds lived there. Suffice it to say, he didn't like the place to much, because of all the dark magic users running around. Jack is a fun magic user, which usually tends to stay near the light side of the spectrum, so he had very little in common with the folks there. He did not wish to get into a conflict with them, cause even if he was believed in, he didn't consider himself a hero just yet. He did once or twice in his travels, give the children some "snow days", just so they could have some fun as they faced all their dark times.
He decided to explore the world a little more and made his way to a land called Arendelle by using his staff to fly there across a wide deep ocean. There wasn't much dark magic in this land, thankfully, and he easily enjoyed being in Arendelle more then the Enchanted Forest. Jack was always a bit of a mischief maker, which was how he got a hold of Santa's Snowglobe in the first place, he would often try to find ways to sneak into castles and other buildings that looked interesting to him. He would never do anything bad while exploring these buildings, he would never steal anything or break anything or hurt anyone, he was just curious on who or what lived in them. One day he found his way into the local Castle of Arendelle and he managed to begin exploring the castle when they were having a guard change, since no one believed in him, no one saw him sneak in. He explored the castle, but it soon got dark, and he made to leave but when he heard giggles coming from the ball room and he had to investigate.
He saw two sisters playing with each other, but what he couldn't believe was that one of those sisters... controlled ice... which since he controlled snow, he found this to be quite interesting. Astounded he ran up to them and tried to get their attention, but they ignored him. He took an immediate interest in the older sister because she was like him, but not exactly like him. Jack watched in horror as the younger sister got hurt. Jack wanted to help, but he didn't know what to do, and since no one could see him, he ran away. He returned the next day to find that the two sisters were no longer close and put the pieces together. The parents made the younger sister forget about Elsa's powers, and the older sister locked herself in her room, scared that she was gonna hurt people. He wanted to comfort both sisters, especially the elder sister, but all he could do was watch. He would spend countless days flying up to and looking into the older sisters room. He resolved to stay in Arendelle until he could help the sisters somehow, no matter how long it took.
He knew it was a little bit odd, but he was growing quite attached to her and he would never look in on her when she was indecent. He watched her grow up before his eyes year after year, into a beautiful young women and he couldn't help but develop a little bit of a crush on her. Never once leaving Arendelle, he knew Santa was gonna be mad at him for taking the Snowglobe, but if he returned back to The Lang Without Magic, he would never see Elsa again, so he stayed. He tried all he could to get her to believe in him, but he could never do it. Finally Elsa was made to be queen of Arendelle and Jack Frost couldn't help but want to watch her become Queen. He again, had to watch the events unfold, wishing that he could do something, anything to help Elsa and Anna, but that was just his lot in life he guessed. He was glad that the sisters eventually made up and all was put right in Arendelle, but Elsa still could not believe in him. He slowly grew tired of it, he was growing quite the feelings for Elsa, but she couldn't return them, so he left Arendelle, his resolve finally broken, and since the girls seemed to make up, he felt there was nothing he could do even if they did see him. He left, for good, having felt like his heart was broken cause his love couldn't be returned.
Returning to the Land without Magic, Jack Frost continued to spread his winter fun. He was finally busted by Santa, who took the snowglobe back. Jack was kind of glad that Santa removed the temptation to return to Arendelle, as he still couldn't help his feelings for Elsa. Kids starting calling the days off from school as "snow days", but they still didn't believe in him. One day, Pitch Black, AKA the Boogeyman, started a plan to cast the world into darkness. The Man in the Moon chose Jack Frost as the newest guardian. Jack is hesitent at first to help Santa, The Easter Bunny, The Toothfairy and The Sand Man, but eventually he comes to their side. Pitch Black confronts them and steals all of The Toothfairys "Baby fairys" and her teeth, that hold the memories of their owners. Jack helps The Toothfairy collect teeth so the kids will continue to believe in her, but Pitch Black attacks again, this time killing the Sandman. Enraged, Jack attacks Pitch Black, but it only scares him off, giving the Guardians enough time to mourn the loss of their friend. With easter being the next day, the Guardians plan on pulling out all the stops to make it the best easter ever, but Jack gets sidetracked by the fact that Pitch has all his teeth, his memories, and goes to get them back from him. Unknown to Jack, Pitch ruined Easter and the kids stopped believing in the Guardians, so they started to lose their powers.
Jack resolves to help them by helping the last believing child to continue to believe, with the help of the other Guardians, all of them are able to fight off Pitch Black and bring the Sandman back to life. The kids started believing in them again, and they even began to believe in Jack Frost finally, and Jack was delighted to find out that he was now seen for the first time ever by someone else other then the Guardians. After this, he begged, pleaded with Santa to let him borrow the snowglobe just this once. Santa agreed, only because they were now friends. He warned him though that the snowglobes magic was running out, so it would be able to bring him to Arendelle and back but only one time. The Snowglobe had its limitations after all, and Santa needed it to continue to spread his Christmas cheer, so he would only allow it once, and then never again. He returned to Arendelle after this, agreeing to Santa's request, to see if news of Jack Frost's existence had spread, but he found the city empty, deserted. He rushed to the castle, but Elsa and Anna were both gone. It felt like his heart broke once again. He returned to The Land Without Magic where he continued to spread fun to all the people he could. He gave the Snowglobe back to Santa, who still uses it to this day to deliver presents to children all over the Land without magic, however, its power is now limited, it can never be used to travel to other realms again. Jack thought that this was a sort of relieve, he had only experienced heartache in Arendelle. Still, he couldn't help but wonder, what happened to Elsa and Anna? Were they ok? Did they need his help? Could they even see him? These questions would end up plaguing him for a very very long time.

One day, he finally heard about the town of Storybrooke, the other Guardians claimed that Storybrooke was cursed, and they stayed away from it, even Santa refused to deliver there. Jack, always being the curious of sorts, went to where it was suppose to be, only to find a huge ice wall blocking his way. He flew up and over the wall and landed in Storybrooke. He looked around, wondering what or whom could of caused the ice wall, and then it hit him... Elsa. Was she really here? Excitement threatened to erupt out of him as he flew quickly into the towns square and looked around for her. Did she even believe in him yet? At the very least, maybe he could see her again? The thought of seeing her again, but not being seen back was enough almost to make him run away again. He didn't know if he could handle that again. But the thought of her believing in him and seeing him, kept his feet planted on the sidewalk.
He walked up to the diner, Granny's Diner it was called and he pushed open the door. Someone closed the door behind him, claiming that a draft must of opened it and his heart sank. No one in the diner even looked at him, he was invisible here, did no one in Storybrooke believe in him? In a fit of rage he opened the door of the diner and ran outside, tears threatening to stain his cheeks again. He stopped in the middle of the street and fell to his knees. He began to cry, even if Elsa were here in Storybrooke, she wouldn't believe in him, the rest of the town didn't seem to. He wanted to give up, to just fly away and never return to this place, but then, he heard footsteps approaching him and he stood up quickly turning around to see who it was. His eyes shot open wide, it was her, Elsa. She was here, and she was as beautiful as ever.
