.:Nick Name:. Aiden Gormain [literally meaning Fire Blue]
.:Affiliation:. Villain
.:Status:. Royal| ~ • ~ | Appearance | ~ • ~ |.:Physical Appearance:. Hades stands tall with a bit of a muscular build but not overly so. He has blue eyes, light skin, and brown hair. .:Height:. 6"2'
.:Portrayed by:. Michael Fassbender| ~ • ~ | Personality | ~ • ~ |.:Personality:. Hades encompasses several qualities that a villain is expected to. He is ruthless, selfish, cruel, wrathful, and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. He shows sympathy to no one, and will not help another unless it benefits him greatly. He can be quite persuasive, often targeting those who have little other choice than to take him up on his offer. He is cunning, strategic, and an expert strategist and meticulous planner when it comes to his plots -- even though they often fail. He is extremely intelligent but it is often not put to good use. He can be quite sadistic and uncaring of other people's feelings. Among all this, he does have a sense of humor that is often brazen, sarcastic and morbid and he can be quite talkative when he wants to be. He is hot tempered, losing his 'cool' at certain things -- mostly pertaining to his brother and family. He is power hungry and practically consumed by this greed. He enjoys causing havoc though detests his current location of banishment.
.:Strengths:. Intelligence, possesses some magic [mainly fire related abilities -- having blue flames surrounding him which are of the hottest degree -- and other abilities that are associated with being God of the Underworld], can have an intimidating presence.
.:Weaknesses:. Very short tempered, trapped in the Underworld, greedy and unsympathetic.| ~ • ~ | History | ~ • ~ |.:Birthplace:. Mount Olympus
.:Family:. Zeus [brother], Hera [sister in law], Hercules [nephew], and many more family members that all reside in Mount Olympus, Pain and Panic [minions]
.:Occupation:.UnwillingGod of the Underworld
.:History:. Mount Olympus, located high in the clouds and only accessed by flight. It is a beautiful kingdom inhabited by the fods, filled with peace and riches.m It is a happy place for everyone . . . well, almost everyone. Hades was born as the younger brother of Zeus in Mount Olympus and from an early age, it was clear that there was conflict between the boys. Each God has a distinct power [Zeus' being lightening bolts, Hades being fire]. Hades was in constant competition with his brother, even though Zeus was insistent in maintaining peace between them. It wasn't until their father was destroyed that things truly escalated. Hades wanted to be the ruling God, but as Zeus was not only older but also more suited to be king, he maintained his power. Enraged, Hades made attempts on his life and Zeus had reached the end of his patient streak.
He banished Hades to the Underworld, liberating the current undertaker and replacing him with his evil brother. Hades was in a word: livid. He despised the Underworld, which was a dark, depressing, and sinister place. Most all realized that it was perfectly suited for Hades . . . except Hades. He spent several years dwelling in this place, unable to escape and trapped in guarding the souls of the dead as well as all the creatures that were too dangerous to keep in Olympus. Even if Hades wished for an audience with his brother, it was often denied . . . and when he was permitted, it was often short and not too kind.
Hades still plotted against Zeus from the Underworld, determined to take over Olympus somehow. His motivations intensified when an heir to the kingdom was born, and Hades even went as far as to make an elaborate attempt on his life, using Megara. The plan ultimately failed and once again, Hades was raged by his unsuccessful ploy. Unable to bear it any longer, he consulted the Fates and they theorized that if the Underworld was left unguarded, that the spirits of the dead would escape, as would the creatures kept contained, and chaos would ensue Olympus. Hades focused on this plan, determined on finding a way to escape the Underworld long enough for everything to go to hell -- quite literally.
It seemed fate had once again been in his favor, for he crossed paths with Maleficent. Striking a deal with her, he managed to escape the Underworld, and traveled to the Enchanted Forest where he was out of Zeus' reach of power. It was here that he too was sucked into the curse that ensued the land. In Storybrooke, he remains under the radar for the most part, and as practically no one recognizes him -- since he had encountered only the dead in his realm for the longest time -- then he is able to maintain a low profile. He dwells here, relieved for the freedom, but also eager to return to Olympus when the time is right and claim his position on the throne, excited to see Zeus kneel at his feet and suffer in his losses.| ~ • ~ | Sample Post | ~ • ~ |

MY FAVORITE PART OF THE GAME: SUDDEN DEATH
Hades sat in his supposed throne, clenching his fist as he glared at the nothingness in front of him. An heir. His damn brother had an heir now. He knew that it was bound to happen, he had only hoped that he would have been in control before it did. If he had allowed Zeus and Hero to live during his reign. Oh but he would. He wanted them to watch; to suffer. These however, were only thoughts deeply embedded in his mind and consuming his entire being. Right now, he had a far more pressing concern and that was that there was going to be an undeserving, poor excuse of a prince on Hades throne in Olympus. He felt his chest heaving in pure anger. How he not only had to worry about killing Zeus, but also his annoying little monster. And if the rumors that were already circulating were true, then it would not be easy. Why? Because supposedly the boy's gift of power was strength.
Great. Just damn great. Unable to control his anger any longer a flaming blue fire burst from his hands, destroy the table and chairs set on the opposite side of the room. "PAIN! PANIC!" he yelled out, rising from his seat. The two of his minions knew that tone well enough. They scurried inside, trembling with fear at the Lord's anger. "Whats his name," Hades demanded, each syllable dripping with disdain, anger, and pure hatred. He wanted to -- no, needed to -- know the name of his newest target. The two idiots began rambling, until Hades shot them another glare so them to spit it out. "H-H-Her-Hercules!" Hades gaze went from them to the space in front of him. Starting at nothing, but thinking of everything. "Hercules," he repeated, hating the name and the boy already. A sinister smile began to creep on his lips. "I think it's time to pay my respects to my newborn nephew." After all, what sort of uncle would he be if he didn't.
