It's Always Nice TO MAKE AN IMPRESSION Hook was rather enjoying this new job he had recently been hired in. Now that he knew his stay here was of a more permanent nature -- unless of course there was another bloody curse of some sort which wouldn't surprise him -- he was settling in. First by wearing the proper modern attire, and now, by having a job to make some money. Though it wasn't for the money really, but rather, to keep himself occupied. Without the Jolly Roger, he found himself with quite a bit of free time and Hook was going to go mad if he didn't find something to do with it. Besides, Emma was often busy with work and he too needed a distraction to help pass the seemingly still time.
And now he had found it. His true calling. And it was glorious! Who knew so many drinks existed! The taverns were far more limited in their variety yet here, there was beer, so many kinds of wine, strange combinations of drinks called martinis and margaritas, and a fascinating concept of shots. Ah yes. Kilian Jones had found his true calling. He was also getting to know many of the town folk. And despite his one hand, it was hardly a hindrance when it came to preparing a nice drink. He had even invented two specialty ones. Finishing up a drink for a customer, he gave the elderly women a wink as he set her drink down in front of her. Returning to the large basket to empty glasses, he noticed a familiar face enter the bar, and it was enough to cause Hook to pause.
He hadn't often conversed with the man, yet he knew who he was, and his ties with certain people in this town. Regina. Marian -- who Hook and Emma had brought from the past. And then of course, Will Scarlett. Hook gave a nod to the man as he approached, noticing the elderly woman eying Hood up and down, but only smirked in response to her less than subtle actions. "Evening, mate," Hook greeted Robin as he neared the bar. "What can I get for you tonight?" He questioned, immediately assuming that Robin was here for drink. Man sure looked like he could use it. Hook couldn't imagine having to juggle a wife and another woman he loved at the same time.

Robin walked in the pub looking for a way to unwind after the day he had just encountered. It was so busy, and it was proving a difficult task for Robin to clear his head from everything going on. So what a better way to unwind than drinking till you drop? Passing up an older woman, Robin shivered and walked past her quickly, slightly weirded at the wink Hook had just given her.
Taking a seat at the bar, Robin set his hands heavily down on the bar top, and spoke. "Hey pirate, make yourself useful and get me something strong yeah?" Robin asked a bit angrily, though he knew he was overdoing the attitude. He knew he had to calm down, and picking fights with Emma's boyfriend was not the way.

It's Always Nice TO MAKE AN IMPRESSION Robin demanded Hook to give him something strong to drink . . . telling him to make himself useless. The pirate gave a slight smirk at the man's attitude; he was either bitter toward him, or just having a bad day. "Rough night?" He asked with a hint of sarcasm and ever so slight mockery. Why? Because he knew that the hoodlum was clearly having a less than incredible night. Besides, he was a man with two women and was with neither of them right now. But Killian avoided saying anything, for now anyway. He did sometimes enjoy provoking others.
"If you're going to be a mean drunk later, you can at least say please and thank you while you're still sober," he added with a more evident sarcastic tone, his expression still that of a smirk. But never the less, he began to prepare one of his specialty drinks, stronger than usual. He could relate all too well to just needing a drink. Hell, Killian had spent most nights as a pirate far from sober. He wasn't going to deprive Robin of what he needed right now, despite the way he spoke. Besides, it took a lot more than that to offend the former captain.

Robin sighed as he gave a nod. "Bad day, bad night. Things are so confusing in this world. And it doesn't help when you have two women on your side." Robin said gently, and realized that Hook had possibly been with more than just two at a time. Knowing the Pirate also, he thought the pirate would never have been in a faithful relationship before that of Emma. Which was nothing wrong with that. The Captain was constantly on the move, it wasn't much he could do about that.
Rubbing his hands over his face, Robin looked to Killian as he was creating his drink, something he needed the most of. "To think, make it double. I am not sure one will suffice. I am in need of two. And I'm more of a crazy drunk than angry my good man." Robin said with a slight chuckle.

It's Always Nice TO MAKE AN IMPRESSION Hook gave a bit of a smile when the man spoke of how confusing things were . . . commented on the fact that he had two women on his side. "Aye, I've been there mate," Hook stated, his tone suggestive of well, that his experience with two women wasn't quite as serious as Robin's. Why? Because Hook had never been married to either of them. Hell, Hook hadn't ever been married to anyone. That, and he had only ever been in love twice, each woman at a totally different time; never both at the same. Which was, unlike Robin's current situation. Besides, there was a child involved. Hook most certainly did not envy Hood's position right now.
Hook quickly finished the drink, setting it on front of Robin. "I made it a double," he told him. "And there's plenty more where that came from," he assured him, should the man just want to take this night to get completely intoxicated. There was absolutely no judgment from Hook's end. "Seems you have enough crazy in your life, that I imagine you are trying to escape it rather than become crazier with drink," Hook joked, an amused smile on his face. "What's really your dilemma mate?" Hook had come to learn that part of his job was talking to people, allowing them to vent. And he was allowing himself to be an outlet for Robin to do that. Though Killian couldn't guarantee that he would not offer sarcastic or joking remarks in the process.

Robin felt somewhat happy that the pirate knew how it was. He knew the pirate would have been in relationships before, but as he figured. None so serious as it is between what he is in. Robin knew he made a mess of things, and wished somehow he could fix it. But he was beginning to think of relaxing while he could, meanwhile Marian remain frozen in the ice. When Killian set his drink down, Robin nodded. "Thanks very much." Robin said, before lifting his glass to the pirate, and then downed half of it in a brisk movement. Setting it down on the bar, hand still on the glass and hunched over a bit, Robin looked at the contents of his glass, before he heard Hook speak once more.
"Escape it, run from it, hide from it. All the same really." Robin looked to Hook, before he downed the rest of his drink. "The dilemma is, I love both of these women. One being the bearer of my son Roland. The other being the woman I feel is truly my 'true love," Robin shook his head. "Much like you possibly feel such about Emma. Am I not correct?"
