Madden Prescott had just arrived in Storybrooke, somewhere off the coast in the middle of a sea. With nothing on him, but his rugged jacket that appeared one size too small, and a dirty pair of jeans Madden felt as if he was being weighed down from the feel of heavy clothing that was on his body. With hair wet, and in his eyes proved a difficult task for Madden to maneuver his way back to shore. Taking quite a few failed attempts, Madden played hell getting to the sandy shore of Storybrooke. After around five meters of swimming, Madden was finally able to walk. Getting to the end, Madden fell over onto his hands and knees breathing in deeply before he rolled over onto his back and look at the bright sky.
"I did it, after all my stupid attempts in life, I finally do one safe thing, and I die." Madden spoke aloud to himself, before he heard a slight horn of some kind. Standing up, Madden looked confused, deeply perplexed at the sound that he was hearing. It was so long since he heard something so mundane as a car horn, it was as if the sound was all new. When he heard it again, Madden took off after the source of the sound.
It wasn't long before the boy was in the middle of a street, with odd looking shops on either side of him. A dark black pavement beneath him, that got even darker as the water from his clothes dripped off of him. "What the heck? Where am I?" Madden said in his head, looking around and spinning to see everything around him. Some people looked at him, and others walked as if they saw nothing. They all dressed oddly, and Madden was deeply, and utterly confused about this new world. Where was he? And what happened to his home in Neverland? This was not Neverland, and Madden wondered if he would ever see home again.
Looking around this unfamiliar place, Madden made his way down the street, ignoring the glares he received and he walked into the Granny's Dinner. Completely no cares in the world about his soaked attire. Making way silently to a table in the corner, Madden took a seat. He couldn't help but wonder what happened, and what this odd place was.
