Christmas as a festive tradition that she was excited to start with her family. There were many memories she wished to make with them and new traditions to create, yet this holiday was one of the most important. Snow paused in wheeling Neal's stroller, reaching down her hand to adjust the blanket he was currently cocooned in. The baby was asleep, warm in his blankets. She'd taken the knit cap that Granny had made for him upon his birth and placed it upon his head before leaving the loft, wanting him to be as warm as possible.
Snow paused the stroller once the four reached the tree lot, nodding in greeting to one of the dwarfs running it. She was glad to see her friends so well integrated into the town. "Alright," she grinned, excitement evident in her voice as she looked over at her husband and daughter. "Do we have a preference on tree type? Or height? The ceiling is rather high in the loft so I don't think we need to worry about having a small tree."
She adjusted her woolen coat, grateful for the hat and gloves she currently was wearing.

David walked by His wife and daughter and son as he carried the axe the three of them had decided it was time to go out and to get a tree for the loft and as they walked David just took in the sight of his family and this outing that they had decided to have. AS he looked at the tree lot ahead charming. took a breath in they had been moving these trees for a while and David was determined to get the biggest one he could find. As they walked in he nodded to one of the dwaves.
David looked at Snow as they discussed which tree to get and looked up at the sizes of them. " The bigger the better" He said holding his axe close and looking at Snow. The two of them were inserperatable they were the perfect couple. but when it came to christmas the one thing that they could never agree on seemed to be the tree. David looked over at her and smiled. It seemed that their trees discussing always started this way.
As He looked over at Emma he laughed a little and then smirked " what are your opinions Emma"

Although Emma tried her best to hide it, she was actually incredibly excited to be out looking for a tree with her family. It was one of those picture perfect moments.. mom, dad, daughter and son, all looking for their family Christmas tree. Of course, her father had opinions on what kind of tree they should get, but Emma scoffed. "C'mon.. dad. Really? No, it's gotta be smaller. Not tiny.. but if it's too big then sap will get everywhere.." she shoved her hands in to her pockets, and glanced down at baby Neal with a smile. "Besides.. We have to get something that isn't -too- over whelming."
She was really looking forward to spending Christmas with her family.. doing family things. She wasn't entirely sure what those kind of things were, really...but she had seen them on tv. Stringing popcorn while listening to Christmas music.. Decorating.. singing carols.. It wasn't something Emma would normally do..but this year, she'd make an exception. Happily.

Snow sighed, looking over the assortment of trees. "Emma does have a point about the sap. I do not want to be scrubbing sap off the floors. And what if Neal gets into it? It'll be an utter mess." She worried her lower lip between her teeth as she pushed the stroller forward. "But too small of a tree would look rather out of place in the loft, no?" She supposed there must be some trees of mid height somewhere in the lot.
She was glad that Emma had agreed to such an outing. She was her daughter and she wished to include her in the family festivities. Henry, too, would be included that season. Snow supposed they would just have to share him with Regina. And what of Gold and Belle? She imagined Henry would want to see his other grandparents as well. She wondered if she could talk Regina into providing her home for Christmas, provided Snow helped her prepare dinner. Regina's dining room would be able to handle all of them.
