Robin had a miserable day, at best. Starting his day as usual, the man took care of his son, before feeling slightly bored with his life. He wasn't bored of his son, or other aspects of life; Except, Robin wanted the rush of stealing something again. And what a better way to get that rush back, than to do none other, but stealing from Rumplestiltskin? It was a good idea, wouldn't you think so?
Wrong, Robin was caught. He was about to suffer with his life at the hands of Rumple himself. But thankfully, someone had found him and saved his life. But the downside to that, was it was a police. Because of this, Robin was taken into custody and that is how he is there now. "So you see officer, it really wasn't my fault." Robin said to the man, from behind the bars.
"You did the crime, Mr. hood. Now keep quiet."
Robin looked at at the man, and he narrowed his eyes. He was annoyed with this police officer. He had to act as if Robin had done it. Granted he did, but you couldn't blame a man. Coul you? He was a thief, that was his life. When you keep the man from doing what he does, he becomes bored, and does it by himself eventually. Much like any other man, or woman.

Damian just happened to be in the cell next to this 'Mr. Hood'. He had decided he needed to get back into his old habits of striking fear into people. The only problem was, he didn't have his powers anymore. So, he just decided to break into a nearby house so the people inside would panic a little. He had heard a small scream when he shattered the front window, but he didn't get much more than that. The police were far to quick for their own good. It seemed the police were on one tonight. Good for them! Good. For. Them.
Damian looked up from the floor at his fellow inmate, given the police officer a sly smile before doing so. "So, cliche question, what are you in for?" he smirked at the man. This Mr. Hood didn't seem to scary to Damian... but, after all, Damian wasn't as scary in his human form either. This thought made him twitch a little with anger.
Damian had to figure out a better way to instil panic and fear into Storybrooke, but he wasn't sure just how.

With a yawn, Robin walked to the back of his cell and sat down on the ground. Putting his arms resting on his knees, Robin looked around for something. Anything. Just something to try and help himself get out. If he wasn't back by nightfall, he could imagine his young sons paranoia. He had no mother in his life already, having lost her. But he couldn't loose his father too, or at least think he had.
When Robin heard a man speak, he looked into the cell next to his. Spotting a man on the floor, Robin gave a crooked smile. "I tried to steal a very rich, and powerful Rumplestiltskin artifact from his shop." Robin gave a slight laugh. He realized how he had sounded, but he didn't really care. "Forgotten my trusty bow and arrow, and apparently Mr. golds pawn shop, has no sword to get myself out of that situation."
Glancing to the police in the jail cell, on the computers, Robin shook his head. He would get out, and when he did the police would know Robins name. Well, more than they had already. "What brought you to get locked up?"

Damian nodded and cocked an eyebrow, impressed by this mans reasoning for being put in jail He laughed a little along with the man, and nodded his head. "Awe, a worthy victim, Mr. Gold," he chuckled again. That man was pretty brilliant, though. When Damian first heard about the Dark One back in the forest, he knew that he'd want to get a hold of those powers himself. I mean, it was almost as good as being the Boogeyman again, wasn't it? He hadn't yet tried though, for Mr. Gold had a friend base now to protect him.
"Oh, you know, just trying to do some good old fashioned scaring," he shrugged. He wasn't sure if he wanted his man for an enemy or for a friend, so he chose not to go into detail. "Got a little carried away, I suppose." He snickered. No, he didn't get carried away enough!

Looking to the man, Robin nodded. "He really was quite a worthy victim. Sadly, I did not pull it off. But, I will. I will get my revenge on him, and the people who bloody locked me in here." Robin shook his head, he didn't want to get his revenge at the moment. He just wanted to get home, before his son awake. Then tomorrow, he would get all the revenge he needed.
"Scaring, sounds somewhat lame. What exactly does a little 'boo' here and there do? Make people jump?" Robin wasn't sure what this scaring had to do with anyone. It sounded a bitt too, easy for his liking. The satisfaction of making someone jump, was there. But he got the rush for stealing things. "I can see, or you wouldn't be here. So... they caught you? Which one?"

Damian clicked his tongue and shook his head, "I empathize. A failed cause is no good," he smiled at the next comment Robin made about revenge and cocked an eyebrow at him. He was starting to like this guy! "Oh, you will. I believe that," he encouraged. Heck, he was sure he would offer his own services to help Robin get back at Gold. It sounded like fun.
Damian chuckled again at Robin calling his explanation lame. It did sound lame, because Pitch wasn't going into detail. Plus, it really was lame because he didn't have his powers, which was a touchy subject. He respected Robin for speaking his mind, however. "Well, if you must know, I used to be quite skilled with instilling fear. Tis' what I was made for. But, Alas, that part of me is gone, for now." There, that was honest enough.
"That one," he nodded to a policewoman who was through the bars, but sitting in another room, "she was a pretty tough cookie for a minute there."

"Any failed attempt, is reason to be shamed." Robin was not one who thought that any attempt, if failed, was any good. He always thought it was worth being shamed. Especially for someone like the prince of thieves. "I appreciate your encouragement however, it is something I know that will happen."
Glancing at the police woman that the man had mentioned, "The blonde? That would be Emma, If it's the other one, I can't explain." Standing up, Robin walked to the door of his cell, and shook it a little bit, trying to see the weakest point. "So... Mr.....?" Robin wasn't sure to call the man in the cell next to him. He wasn't one to mind if he had someone's name, but at the moment it would be nice. TO know who you where conversing with in jail.
