A witch with a reputation for being a little mad! She often displays different personalities, acting a certain way one day, and entirely differently the next. In the Enchanted Forest she lives in a cottage in the depths of the woods. In Storybrooke, she owns a boutique and works part time as a receptionist in the hospital. She enjoys causing trouble where she can, and lives up to her reputation as Mad Madam Mim.
