Pegasus was not a happy horse. For so long it had been him and Hercules -- and Phil occasionally, whom Pegasus did not mind. But now . . . now, someone named Megara seemed to capture his friends attention. It was as if she had put him under some sort of spell for he seemed to be completely oblivious to his surroundings. He was too distracted! And well, wasn't giving Pegasus the proper attention. It was jealousy in a very different way. Hercules even had the audacity to dismiss Pegasus for the afternoon, as he was apparently going to enjoy a romantic picnic with Megara. Well, then fine! He wasn't going to offer his services to take them anywhere . . . or well, he would Meg but then he would drop her from the highest height he possibly good and let her fall. These bitter thoughts left him in an anger as he departed from the two love birds -- and not in a cute way. He quite literally stomped off in a huff and now he was alone, having been forced to place himself at a significant distance. His nostrils flared with anger as his hooves stomped the ground. He moved over to a tree trunk, breaking a stick with his mouth. Keeping it between his teeth he then quickly sketched a stick figure of Megara. He wasn't exactly known for his artistic skills, but the point was made. Glaring at it, he dropped his stick and raised his two front legs. Using his hooves, he started to punch each one repeatedly at the image of her -- the trunk serving as a punching bag for the winged horse and having drawn the source of his anger on it, made it a rather effective outlet.

Anna had been on her adventure to help her sister. In search of information she heard of a man who may just be able to provide that though she was warned many times that this man was not to be trusted and that what ever service he provides may come at a severe price. But that did not stop Anna, she would do what ever it took to help her sister. Keeping her mind on a positive outlook as she made her way down the path lightly humming a small tune to herself. Anna was a happy young lady despite everything happening she chose to keep a positive outlook, keep her head held high. Pulling her cloak a little tighter around her body as some wind picked up. As she made her way in a little further she heard a noise and it peeked her interest. It certainly was not the wind which only meant someone or something was causing it and she just had to inspect what ever it was. This new world always had her interest with every turn she took.

Making her way off the path she passed a few trees when she spotted a beautiful creature, he seemed so angry as he punched the poor tree. With a small chuckle she stood beside a tree a few feet away encase it did not want her there she had enough space between them to be able to leave. Putting her hands out front intertwining her fingers she spoke up "Now what ever did that poor tree do to you?" Anna asked with a sweet smile on her lips as she waited for a reaction. Unsure if he could even understand her. Surely animals understood some as people trained different kinds or they were just shown the movements then copied that but Anna liked to believe that animals were intelligent just as humans. Tucking a little big of her loose red hair behind her ear she carefully studied the creature, so white and pure looking with his beautiful teal hair. So unique, Anna was falling head over heels for this creature. She wanted to draw him, maybe if she got the chance she would.

Pegasus stopped mid punch when he heard someone approach the scene. He abruptly stopped, as if frozen in place as his eyes locked onto her. He awkwardly stayed in that position for a moment, quickly finishing the punch as he then swiftly went to stand on all fours again, spinning around so that his back was toward the tree and he was fully facing her. He flicked his head back for a moment, shaking his mane as he was clearly caught doing something that he probably shouldn't . . . but really felt the need to. He studied the unfamiliar woman, noticing her bright hair and colorful clothing . . . but really, it was her smile and kind face that he found most appealing. And well, Pegasus could do with a kind face right now, after Hercules had sent him away so that he didn't disrupt his date. Pegasus took a small step toward her, cocking his head to the side as he looked over her. Why was she here by herself? He was not often trusting of strangers, for he knew that if anyone saw him, he would be hunted for his wings or rarity. As far as Zeus had told him, he was the only one of his kind. But this particular woman, did not look threatening in the slightest. With that thought in mind, he took another step toward her, slowly inching his way closer. He let out a huff of breath, motioning his head to the trunk where the image of a stick figure woman could now be seen. Maybe she would understand that his anger was channeled toward that woman, or maybe not. Either way, he was somewhat answering her question -- as best he could without using words since he couldn't exactly speak.

Anna staid perfectly still as the beautiful creature took a few steps towards her. She wanted to go up to him and pet him but knew that staying still was the better option as she did not want to startle him or make him panic and attack. Animals were very sensitive creatures after all. As he moved she noticed the little drawing in the tree and a small giggle escaped her lips. "Oh you poor thing. Did a mean lady hurt you?" She asked in all seriousness this time. It was obvious he was angry with this picture, well what the picture represented that is. "Tell me, what did she do to make you so angry." Anna wasn't sure she would understand what he would try to get out but she found if someone just listened as they got their problems out it often made them feel a little better.

Holding a hand out for him to come to if he wished, showing she was no threat to him and only wished to be friends. If she had a gift for him she would have given it but Anna really did not have much on her other then her snowflake necklace and her satchel that carried their mothers diary in it. Which is why she was out here alone in the first place. On her way to find some answers. She looked like she didn't have much in the way of defense but Anna was stronger then she appeared and with a pure heart knew she could get through anything with a little faith. Her friendly smile still on her face as she watched him carefully. "My name is Jo...Anna. My name is Anna." She almost went with her alias but decided there was no need to lie to a horse with wings. She needed someone to know the truth and why not this miraculous creature!

Secrets and lies were not something Anna was use to, she actually hated it but it was best she used a fake name so no one know who she really was. Being a princess, alone in this strange world was dangerous. She had already tested many things and almost got into a lot of trouble always just scraping by. But that was all part of her adventure and it was certainly one to remember! Her first time ever truly getting out and Anna couldn't have been more thrilled at the people she has met and the sights she has seen.

Pegasus Tag: Anna outfit: standard one words: 300 notes: weird computer!! I'm glad its working. Btw it's sad that my posts as horse Peg are longer than him as a human!

Pegasus looked at her when she expressed condolence, seeming to understand that a mean lady hurt him! He nodded his head enthusiastically as she guessed perfectly what had been bothering him. She then even took it a step further and actually asked him what happened. She . . . wanted to know his story?! The reason for him being upset?! No one ever cared why he was upset! They just laughed it off thinking it was funny. Phil didn't care. Hercules didn't care. Even Zeus and some of the other Gods made a mockery out of it. But her, she seemed to genuinely want to know and that made Pegasus feel rather flattered. So he decided to answer her question. He raised his too front hooves, holding them as if he was trying to flex his muscles and put on an arrogant expression like Hercules often wore. He then quicly went to the place across of him and batted his eye lashes, walking with a swishing of his backside -- that was how Megara walked, since Hercules seemed to be stared at her rear a lot. He then flipped back to being Hercules, blinking several times as he then exaggerated Hercules reaction, making him faint at the sight of her. Switching back to his version of Megara, he blew a kiss to 'Hercules' and then motioned for him to come in Pegasus' best attempt of a come hither look. Switching back to Hercules he made him look like an idiot as he followed her, with a smitten look on his face. Then, Pegasus went to the most important character in this story of all: himself. He stood there, looking back and forth between the two and spun around, trying to show that he was being ignored. When his little charade came to an end, he just looked at the woman, wondering if she understood what he was trying to say. He tried to be as animated as he could, but also knew that he may have gone a bit fast, switching back and forth between Megara and Hercules. And he was also well aware that not everyone always understood him . . . oh how she hoped he did though; because was the first person who showed she cared enough by asking him what was bothering him. She then held her hand out, and Pegasus took a few steps toward her. She introduced herself as Joanna . . . oh no wait! Anna! Her name was Anna! What a beautiful name! Pegasus lowered his head in greeting, and looked at the ground for a moment. Using the tip of his hoof, he started to make a P in the ground -- one that was backwards. And then . . . an e . . . g . . . a . . . s . . . y, he crossed out out the letter, thinking for a moment before quickly finishing his name off; u, s! There! He had spelled his name. He looked back up at her and with her extended hand, nudged his cheek against it, a sign of friendly affection towards her. He liked her. Why couldn't Hercules fall for someone like her, rather than Megara?!

Anna had asked him what was wrong and he acted as if this was the first time anyone had asked him about well him... And that was a bit sad to think. Such a beautiful creature deserved all the love and attention he could get. Though he did not take long to really let her know what was bothering him. Anna could only take a step back and watch him move from one side to the other acting as two different people. He was moving very quickly and she was doing her best to keep up with him. One was a man with muscles and another a lady who swung her hips a lot... The man seemed to be smitten with the women. The women was the same with the man... Or was she leading him on... Anna was not too sure on that part but she felt pleased she was getting most of what he was saying... Well showing.

Nodding as his story came to an end. Tapping her chin a bit "Let me see if I got this." Anna started taking in a deep breath "The guy in the story found a lady and became smitten with her quickly, she took him away from you so you are getting ignored by who seems to be your friend and now your mad at her because of what she is doing to your guy friend?" Anna took in a deep breath after getting all that out. Hopefully she was not too far off. She was an out there person sometimes so it was fairly easy to talk with her weather it be words or charades Anna understood most of it.

He introduced himself as well spelling out his name in the dirt and letting her touch him. "It is a pleasure to meet you Pegasus! I am so sorry to hear about what you are going through. I would be angry to!" Anna nodded and she ran her hands over his neck and up to his ears petting and scratching at him. Giving him the attention and love he wanted. Being ignored was never fun. Anna spent a lot of her life like that it seemed so she did know how he felt and it was always nice to have someone listen to you in your time of need. She was glad she came towards the noise. Anna couldn't keep her hands out of his beautiful turquoise main. "Are they together now?" She asked curiously, would make sense why he was here alone punching a tree with a ladies face on it.

"Let me see if I got this." It was the moment of truth! Time to see if she could understand Pegasus' nonsensical, non verbal ramblings! He waited with bated breath, listening intently to see if he needed to clarify anything in his hasty skit. Much to his absolute delight, she seemed to understand everything perfectly! He felt rather proud of her and smiled, nodding his head along with every statement she said to show that she had gotten it right! She understood so well too, and even validated his emotions. He nodded enthusiastically, not bothering to hide how pleased he was in his eyes. She managed to already uplift his mood by allowing him to express -- or perhaps vent was a more accurate word -- about what was really bothering him. She told him it was a pleasure to meet him and he bowed his head again out of respect to her. She was such a nice human! Why couldn't Hercules fall for someone like her?! Pegasus would have had no objection to that. He closed his eyes, taking in a breath as he enjoyed her attentions; the way she was running her hand over his neck and scratching behind his ears. It was a wonderful sensation and Pegasus felt so very fortunate that he just happened to be here, and she had just happened to come. She questioned if he was with the woman now and Pegasus opened his eyes, nodding his head, but not looking as sad about it as he previously had. He moved his snout to the side of her face, gently moving it along the side of her cheek. It was a sign of affection, as much of a hug as he could give her at the moment. An expression of appreciation for her, because even in this short while, she made him feel so much better. It seemed he was capable of making friends after all. After a few moments of this, he moved his head back to look at her. He wanted to repay her somehow . . . and decided to do something that most others often thought of, and wanted to. But he never allowed them. He took a couple steps back and then lowered the front half of his body. It was an indication for her to climb up onto his back if she so wished. He even made a small noise to indicate it as best as he could. The only ones he allowed to ride on his back was Hercules, and occasionally Phil. She would be the third.
