Elizabeth has long brown hair that she usually keeps partially pulled back and in curls. She has large brown eyes that when she was a child allowed her to get away with mostly anything. She has fair colored skin, and a lithe but healthy looking form. She dresses in a very ladylike manner, usually wearing long dresses.. Although sometimes she lets loose when no one is looking, and she wears pants and long sleeved blouses.

Although Elizabeth carries herself in a way of a proper lady when she is in the public eye, she has always loved rough housing, sailing, and hanging around 'the guys'. She's very versatile in her way of being feminine and being a tom boy, and she has pride in it. While she is trusting to her close friends, she has a little bit of a hard time allowing people in to her own personal circle. 

She is kind, and considerate to the feelings of others, but if the situation calls for it, she can be stern. As the middle child, she had never really relied on her parents' approval for anything she would do.. But she cared about them deeply, as she did her older brother and her younger sister.

Elizabeth had lived a charmed life ever since she was a young girl. She was born on the lap of luxury with a silver spoon in her mouth, and it remained that way until three years later when her little sister was born. At that point, her mother could no longer have children. Since Grace was the final child they would have, she was doted on, leaving her brother and herself to be slightly less catered to. As Elizabeth grew, she learned that her brother was being groomed to become a Duke, and she was merely to be the middle child. She was happy though, because this meant more freedom for her. 

Charles was being trained to be proper and fit to be one of the highest ranks of Lordship, and her little sister was being over protected and doted upon by the entire family.. Elizabeth, meanwhile, was free to roam as she pleased - so long as she was back for dinner and bed check at night. Luckily for Elizabeth, she'd always had a wonderful sense of time. Not to mention, she had wonderful company. 

She was seven when she met Liam and Killian Jones, and since then, the three of them were inseparable. They would go on silly little treasure hunts, and they would have little adventures spawned from their imaginations. When they were teenagers, she would go sailing with them, and she would help navigate. Killian taught her how to read a map and a compass, and Liam taught her how to steer a ship. 

Elizabeth loved them both, with every fiber of her being... but it was Liam who would ultimately ask her to be his bride, thanks to Killian getting the two of them together. 

Unfortunately, the love story of Liam Jones and Elizabeth Piper was shorter lived than expected. He had been on his last journey with the Royal Navy before their wedding, and he was killed. Elizabeth was devastated, and was sure that her heart would never be mended.

"Elizabeth!" Charles called as he ran across the beach. He finally spotted who he was looking for, and she looked as though she had just washed up from the sea.. Which, she probably had done just that. "Elizabeth! Thank the Gods I found you! We are having brunch with the King... father wants us all to be there... you need to get back home and get cleaned up." 

Elizabeth was surprised to see her brother, and even more shocked to learn why he had come looking for her. "OH!" She squealed and quickly got to her feet. She had been reading a book, enjoying the low tide when Charles had found her. "The King? Why on earth is this happening today?" She gathered her book, and brushed herself off. "Let's go then, quickly! If you're found out here, you'll be in as much trouble as I am.."
