Elsa stood back. This was not her moment, usually nothing was, apart from her coronation and she had not particularly enjoyed that. Elsa didn’t like to be front and center. She might be able to be the queen now, to lead and rule if she had to, but she enjoyed it when someone else was front and center. That someone else was incidentally the most important person in her life: Anna.
This day was her. This day was Annas wedding to Kristoff. She watched as her sister and her new husband took the dancefloor, both quite awkwardly dancing, but everyone was charmed and touched, because everyone could see the bright smiles. And Elsa? She loved it more than anything. She loved to see her sisters eyes shining with happiness, swimming with tears of joy, she loved how Anna giggled at her new husband, how he looked at her as if she hung the moon and the stars, as if she was his entire world. And this moment, it was everything Elsa always hoped for for Anna, it made her so happy, it made both sisters so happy. Now, she was sure she could leave her sister and her new husband alone. He’d protect her with his life. And she’d be happy. Elsa just stood there, grinned and enjoyed the warmth and joy in her heart.

Elsa had taken a walk when the little prince had started to wail for almost half an hour straight. Usually she wouldn’t have left, but it had brought on a headache. With the stress of having to find out who the Snow Queen was, the babies cries had this effect, which lead to her unconsciously freezing part of the floor underneath her. Once Elsa noticed that, she decided to go out, take a walk, try and get her head together. Freezing stuff would not be as bad away from people. She really didn’t want to ruin Emmas night. She was on a date and anyone could have seen how… smitten she was with the pirate.
But it appeared as if she shouldn’t have walked off alone. Elsa suddenly found herself somewhere where she had never been before. She didn’t know this place. Storybrooke was big, but she never remembered turning the wrong way. Elsa found herself panicking slightly. Did she really only get lost or was this a trick? Soft flurries appeared all around the magical Queen, a clear sign of how the situation affected her. Suddenly she sneezed. The blonde didn’t think much by it. She sneezed sometimes, like any human did, but she didn’t think of what her sneezes usually brought:
A set of small adorable and overly lovely snowmen were running around in the forest now.

“Not people, one, really.” She replied. There weren’t many behind that, though. It was so sad though. She didn’t know the extend of things but the look on Emmas attire, the look on her face, it spoke volume. Something happened. She was so obviously closed off, had built herself this place. Much like someone else. Elsa had heard from the town how she was apparently a monster, a villain now. They had thought of her as a villain before while it had been her aunt, her own people had seen her as a villain when she had no control of her power. In Emmas case something else was at work, but the similarities could not be dismissed by the young queen – however young you defined someone who was technically around 50 years old by now.
“There won’t be an intervention, Emma. Sadly only one person wanted me to come – for you not against you.” She specified. “Apparently someone thought a girl with ice powers who holed herself up in an ice castle after being seen as a villain could relate to a girl with powers holing herself up in a house while being seen as a villain. To me it does sound close. They thought you needed a friend.” They thought they needed a friend, while the rest concentrated on freeing her. One to not only look out for her, but be there for her. She did not want to be a spy for them. She just wanted to know how her friends were and to be there for her. If they needed her to be close to Emma and to be a friend to her, nothing was easier than that.
“I have news from Arendelle, too. Glorious wonderful news.” Elsa giggled, openly without hiding her mouth behind her hand, which she usually did in public, this was between friends. “There might be a little heir on the way. Anna at least thinks so, but we know her, she gets so easily excited. I am hoping for her she is right, but she might be misjudging the signs in her excitement. Oh and Olaf… you haven’t met Olaf, have you?”

Elsa had looked for a way back to Storybrooke for a while now. She wanted the two realms connected. It would allow people unhappy in Storybrooke to go home and still be able to visit their friends and family who remained there. She wanted the people here and there to be happy with their life and everything else. Now, with an urgent call from Storybrooke no three months after she returned to her own realm, Elsa had found at least a temporary solution for her to return and help her close – if not best – friends.
Elsa was pulling on her dress, trying to get it to cover more of her knees. The first order of business had not been with Emma or Killian alone, it had been with others, insisting she’d try modern fasion. Now she wore a light summer dress that felt entirely too short for her. For now she would try. She hoped it would send the desired message to her friend, Emma: She was willing to go the distance, to do that for her. She had walked the way to Emmas house alone and knocked. Even Elsa noticed the magic around the door, keeping people out who weren’t welcome inside. She knew that kind of magic all too well. “Emma? I know you’re in there. Please let me in.”

| ~ • ~ | Character Basics | ~ • ~ | .:Name:. Elsa of Arendelle .:Nick Name:. Elsa, Human Icemaker, My Queen .:Affiliation:. Heroes .:Status:. Royalty .:Story:. The Snow Queen, Frozen
| ~ • ~ | Appearance | ~ • ~ | .:Physical Appearance:. Elsa is a tall young woman. She was lucky enough to inherit the regal look that anyone would expect from a queen. In addition to her looking the part, she carries herself like a queen should, having been groomed to become the queen for years, always living with that burden. She’s a very reserved person, only slowly learning to let people in again, making her body language unconsciously closed off on occasion, even now. Elsa wears mostly gowns, dressing the part as the queen. Having grown up being groomed as a very isolated person with the singular purpose as being the heir gowns were and still are the most comfortable clothing for her. She likes to style her hair with a little ice these days as well. .:Height:. 5’7” .:Portrayed by:. Georgina Haig
| ~ • ~ | Personality | ~ • ~ | .:Personality:. Elsas most obvious trait is her insecurity. She had been raised to become the Queen and as such weakness of any kind was not permitted. Part of that was to hide her magic, magic that was apparently passed down to the firstborn daughter in this family, as her aunt, the oldest daughter, had the same kind of magic. The blonde queen was full of fear of her magic for the longest time, only recently starting to see it as a potential blessing. With the help of others, her sister, her friends, she learned to accept her magic, allowing for her to become a little freer with it. It brought out a slightly mischievous young woman, loving to play the occasional trick on her snow men, her brother in law and sister. Elsa is a very caring person, putting others before her, a trait essential not only to a queen but a sister. .:Special Skills:. Ice Magic
| ~ • ~ | History | ~ • ~ | .:Birthplace:. The Castle of Arendelle .:Family:. King of Arendelle (deceased) – father; Queen Gerda of Arendelle (deceased) – mother; Helga of Arendelle (deceased)- Aunt; Ingrid of Arendelle (deceased) – Aunt; Anna of Arendelle – Sister; Kristoff Bjorgman of Arendelle – brother-in –law; .:Occupation:. Queen of Arendelle .:History:. Elsa was born as first child and first daughter of the Queen and King of Arendelle. As the firstborn daughter, she inherited the same ice magic as the other first born daughters in her maternal line inherited, yet Elsa has not yet been able to uncover why it was only ever the firstborn daughters. She was not an only child for long, with her beloved sister Anna following around two years later. The two were inseparable as young children, enjoying Elsas ice magic as innocent source for fun. That was until Elsa accidently almost killed her baby sister. Her parents too them to the Rock Trolls in the mountains. They were able to save Anna, but unfortunately her memory of Elsas magic was taken. Looking back, that was where so much went wrong. Her parents meant well, but their actions harmed Elsa more than they helped: They had her hide her magic, to conceal her powers and isolate herself, with only them to contact her. Elsa focused on becoming the perfect heir – hoping to control and suppress her magic completely. As a perfect Queen to be years later her coronation was to happen, after her parents died. For the first time in years the doors to the castle were to be opened, guests were allowed in, to watch a hopefully perfect show to be put on. It would have worked, had it not been for her sisters insistence to marry a stranger, Elsas anger would have not flared up. She ran as her subjects saw her as a monster. In the North Mountain she created her hideout, not knowing she put an eternal winter on Arendelle. It would still be in her eternal winter, had her sister not fought for her. Together they battled Elsas insecurities, Anna gave up so much, almost got killed by Elsa in the process. The eternal winter got lifted, Arendelle accepted their queen and her magic, which she slowly learned to control. Years of happiness followed, in which Anna prepared her wedding to Kristoff. Though happiness should not last. They discovered their parents quest and in the process their Aunt Ingrid. The other magical princess of Arendelle couldn’t deal with the sisterly bond between Elsa and Anna, she tried to poison her magical nieces heart against Anna, used the spell of shattered sight against them. In the process she got Elsa trapped in an Urn and Arendelle frozen for thirty years. That was how Elsa got to Storybrooke, where she met Emma, Killian and so many others, who helped her to understand and embrace her magic all by herself. In the end their aunt gave up her life for all of them and Anna and Elsa could return to Arendelle, to a happy life once more, though the Queen was searching for ways to contact her friends in Storybrooke once more.
