.:Birthplace:. Enchanted Forest
.:Family:. Prince Henry-Father, Cora-Mother, Zelena-half-sister, Henry-adopted son
.:Occupation:. Formerly Mayor, currently unemployed
.:History:. When Regina was younger, she was a kind woman that had never wanted to hurt anyone. One of Cinderella's half-sisters, due to marriage, her mother had hoped that she would capture the Prince's heart. However, she was most disappointed when Cinderella made the ball and fell in love with the prince. Cora wasn't hopeless, and she still held faith that Regina would find a prince to marry.
During this time, Regina fell in love with Daniel, a stable boy, and they had to keep their relationship a secret due to Cora's high expectations. One day, Regina sees a little girl on a runaway horse and rescues her, unknowing that that would soon be her stepdaughter. King Leopold asks for Regina's hand in marriage, and Cora accepts in her favor, since Regina is in shock. The little girl that Regina had saved was Snow White.
Running to Daniel, Regina agreed to have a life with him after he offered her a ring. Snow White witnessed the couple kissing and ran off upset, making Regina have to chase after her. After convincing her to stay quiet, Regina and Daniel continued to make plans. Cora soon made Snow confess to what she saw and Cora confronted the couple, taking Daniel's heart out and crushing it into dust.
Somehow, Regina was able to push aside her grief to get ready for the wedding with King Leopold. Snow came in excited and told her that she was glad that Cora understood the relationship. When Regina asked what she meant, it was revealed that Snow had told Cora. She had lied to Snow and told her that she was happy to be her stepmother since Daniel ran away, and Snow left. Cora came in and told her that she was proud that Regina was living up to her expectations. It occurred to Regina that Cora set up the runaway horse with Snow on it in order for them to come to this, since King Leopold was looking for someone to take place of his late wife.
Regina found out about the book Cora had and when she touched it, she met Rumpelstiltskin. He had told her that he could help Regina get rid of Cora, but Regina didn't want any physical harm done, so he gave her a mirror that could transport Cora into a different world. When she had attempted to do this, Cora froze her in place. However, with the encouragement of Rumple, she used her anger to get out of the grip and shoved her mother into the mirror.
Rumpelstiltskin taught her all about magic after convincing her that she didn't have to end up like Cora. Regina married Leopold, though it was not a marriage for love, and he had allowed her to grow an apple tree. Regina enchanted Daniel's body and preserved it, in hopes of resurrecting him, but that had failed.
That forced Regina to let go of her love, and when she returned to Rumple, she had to prove herself and show that she was ready (because she was not before and it had been proven when she wouldn't take out someone's heart) and so, now, she took out Trisha's heart and crushed it; Trisha being Rumple's newest pupil.
Regina met a fairy when the fairy saved her life when she was falling--she had been hitting the balcony multiple times after having an upsetting conversation with Rumple. Her and the fairy, Tinker Bell, became friends and hung out a lot, and the fairy had taught her a lot as well, even who her true love would be, a man with a lion tattoo. She'd had a chance to meet him, but she had backed out and then tried to lie about it to Tinker. Tinker wasn't convinced and so Regina kicked her out, angry.
Regina met a genie that was friends with Leopold, and she used him to kill her husband; pretending that she had another love (the genie) and she was planning to commit suicide, but the Genie used the viper that was given to her through him by her father to kill the King. She'd change her tune then and claimed that one of the guards found the viper.
The genie used the last wish he had to be with her forever and he ended up in the mirror that Regina had. Then, She rescued her father from Wonderland, leaving Jefferson behind to deal with the Red Queen.
Planning to kill Snow White after the Huntsman failed and lost his heart to her, Regina makes a deal with Rumple to disguise her so she could get close to Snow, but she would have to cut ties with King George; she agreed, looking like a peasant a moment later. She got injured and rescued by Snow White, and they talked about the Queen; Snow was convinced that she was in constant pain and if she truly wanted to change, they could become a family. They returned to the village to find everyone dead. Regina accidentally revealed who she was and had to dodge the arrow from Snow. She went to Rumple and claimed that no one loved her. She transformed back and looked in the mirror, saying "Long Live The Evil Queen."
After many attempts to kill Snow White, Regina got ahold of Prince Charming, Snow's true love. She convinced Snow to take a bite of the poisoned apple in order to ensure Charming's safety, and left after Snow was under the sleeping spell.
Charming got away and woke Snow from the sleeping spell. After a few more tries, and failing to even get Snow and Charming's child from them, Regina sets out and puts a curse on everyone.

Regina could not believe that Emma had gone back in the past and saved Marian. That made her so mad, and she didn't want to forgive Emma but she wasn't going to go to her old ways. She now felt like a hermit in her room, but she didn't know what else to do. Robin was the man with the lion tattoo, the one Tinker Bell had tried to introduce to her so long ago as her true love. Oh, why didn't she go in when she had the chance?
After a moment of thought, Regina came to the conclusion that Henry wouldn't have happened. Emma would have never gone to the real world and met Neal, and they wouldn't have had Henry, or given him up for adoption so that she could adopt him. No, everything, she supposed, had a reasoning behind it. But what was the reason behind this? She couldn't live on like this. No, she'd stew at Emma, and for good reason. She wasn't going to do a new curse; they were in one right now, weren't they? "Emma, what have you done?" She whispered quietly to no one. She covered her face with her hands, feeling empty.
