Meet Katalina Watson. She was a noblewoman, but now she sees herself more as a pirate. She's not easy to get along with and she definitely doesn't make friends easy. Trouble seems to follow her wherever she goes, as is proven in some threads already made. If you want to be friends with her, you can certainly try. I encourage you to do so! The only friend that she has is Killian "Hook" Jones, and she considers him family. Obviously they can't always be hanging out since you know, Killian is with Emma a lot too. So friends would be helpful if you can get her to open up a little.
Enemies are much easier to make for her, and if you want to be her enemy, you can if you'd like!
Open for anything here. Shoot me a pm or reply here.

Katalina worried that she was never going to get Killian alone at the rate things were going, but finally she got a breakthrough. He was on his way to somewhere after visiting with a blonde, a teen, a black-haired pale beauty and a handsome Prince-looking man. Seriously, how did the black-haired woman get her skin to look like that?! When she had peered in the window, she swore one of them looked her way so she had ducked down quickly, ignoring the pain in her recovering hip.
But that was before. Now, Katalina watched and waited for Killian to go somewhere that wasn't so public. If she revealed herself now, then everyone could see her, and her whole plan of figuring out who tossed her like dead fish was out the window just the same. So she had to continue watching him, keeping silent the entire time. If she could sneak on his ship multiple times and not get noticed until she wanted to be, then she could sneak up on the pirate captain. She was dying to talk to him again, feeling even more lonely now than she had been in quite some time. The last time she felt this lonely was when she had been unwanted on Killian's ship.
Shaking out of her own thoughts, Katalina noticed that he had led her to the dock. Oh, how ironic. She smirked to herself when he turned around, having switched to the other side just in the nick of time. Now she stood behind him, and she crossed her arms.
"It's not so much cowardice as it is careful planning."

How can I help you To say goodbye, it's okay to hurt and it's okay to cry let me hold you I will try
### WORDS TAG Killian
BLABLA | . Katalina could never fathom how anyone could be so cruel; but this was only the second time she'd ever seen anyone be cruel. First, her father, and now this ugly-scaly asshole. It was truly beginning to piss her off. Not because it affected her, but it affected Killian. And he was the only friend she had, the only person she could trust.
Kat glanced at the hook that replaced Killian's hand and nodded slightly at his correction. "That hook can be killer, though." And that was definitely true. She would never want to be on the other end of that hook. Yes, it seemed that the nickname was going to stick, but the only nickname that she would ever use was 'Cap'n.' Now didn't seem the time to be using the nickname, so she called him Killian.
Knowing Killian rather well by now, Kat knew that he appreciated her sentiment, and she was vowing by it. She knew what it felt like to want vengeance, but not how it felt to accomplish it. Maybe Killian would get that luxury, and she'd be happy for him when he did.
Though when the captain told her that she should probably go to sleep, Katalina shook her head. "I can't sleep right now." With how much she worried about the man, she definitely couldn't even attempt to sleep. She set a hand on his arm, squeezing gently. "I want to do something for you. Anything. I hate what that mad man did, but he did. Let me stay, so you don't have to face the pain alone."

Hit The Road Jack and
Don't You come Back No More
Katalina definitely wanted to be alone at the moment. However, for a while, Killian had been keeping an eye on her since being told about someone tossing her overboard in hopes that she would be killed. It wasn't her fault that she was thrown over. Yet, this had been her idea. Be the bait.
Killian didn't seem to be thrilled with that idea, and she honestly wasn't either, but what choice did they have? If they just guessed, there was a chance that they would be wrong.
They kept getting distracted; Killian with Emma, Kat with rum. She had yet to meet this Emma person that he talked about. She shook her head at the thought as she walked down the dock, rum in hand. She was happy for Killian, and she was glad that at least one of them seemed to find their happy ending, as they called it. She was forever stuck in being alone, but the important thing to her was that the one person she did care for was happy.
Being lost in thought, Kat almost didn't notice one of Killian's crewmen walk up to her. She jerked out of her thoughts. "Jack."
Jack didn't say anything; he simply stared at her. After a moment of silence, Kat tilted her head. "What's up?"
Jack then sneered. "You shouldn't have survived, not with the way you hit your hip going overboard." Kat didn't mention her injured hip to anyone, so she started to wonder how he knew when he pulled out his sword. "It's time to finish you off once and for all."
Kat got her own sword out and as the metal clashed, she growled. "You're going to try to kill me? What do you think that tells Killian, huh? If you'd so easily get rid of me, who's to say you won't turn on him?" Both of them swung their swords, blocking each other from making any injuries, and Jack responded. "He's my Captain, and he didn't even want you on the ship from the get-go. It should have just stayed that way, but you had to keep getting back on like a cockroach!"
Kat kicked Jack back and swung towards his head, getting blocked and kicked herself. She dropped the conversation, for she was just about ready to say some not so nice things. Jack kicked her again and this time knocked the sword out of her hands as she fell to the ground. His sword stopped right at her throat and she went to kick at him, but he stepped on her legs with enough pressure to make her cry out in pain. She glared up at him, grasping at straws for ideas on how to get out of this situation. She'd come across trouble many times, and somehow managed to get out of it--mostly because of Killian. but he wasn't here now, so it looked like she met the end. Jack smirked, feeling quite proud of himself. He'd get rid of her and no one would ever know who did it. Tag: Killian and Emma

Katalina Leila Watson had definitely explored quite a bit, but she didn't quite feel like going to the place that she was staying at. So she explored some more.
Elsewhere, in a tavern, Kat's father was drinking, desperate to find his daughter and get rid of his disgrace of a daughter. He was going to find her if it was the last thing he did. Then he started to ask around about her. He described what she looked at and he eyed a man with a hook, wondering if maybe he would know of whom he was talking about.
For now, Stewart asked everyone else about his daughter and finally he got a lead. The man he had asked knew exactly where she stayed but he wanted to know why he was looking for her. It was an easy lie, telling him that he was an old friend; it rolled off his tongue so easily, he had to remember it was a lie.

Lesson 1: Don't Sneak Up on a man that has a Hook
Katalina had been sleeping in the cold for a while, but that wasn't all that she was doing. She had also spent her time following Killian around and hiding whenever he turned her way. She knew he probably thought that she was dead since for sure his crew would have told him that she was thrown overboard when Blackbeard had hold of the Jolly Rogers.
Except she hadn't been thrown by Blackbeard. One of Killian's own men had done it, and it worried her. She didn't care what happened to her, but she knew if whoever it was that tossed her could simply do that, then he could turn on Killian at any point and time.
So that was why Kat followed him around; he didn't know she was back. She didn't even really know where they were but when she spotted him the first time, he seemed to know where they were, and he had been accompanied by a tall blonde. She would wait until he was alone before revealing that she was still alive. She had no idea who all the people were that he was acquainting himself with, and she didn't want to be killed trying to warn him.

Hey Bartender Pour em hot tonight til the party and the music and the truth collide ### WORDS TAG: Killian
BLABLA | Katalina felt herself starting to smirk as the man hit the floor with a thud. Out of the corner of her eye she saw Killian fighting the other man, twisting an arm until a pop came out of his shoulder. She cringed, but was thankful that he had helped after all, even if it meant she didn't go back on board this time.
When a crash sounded from the man going over the table occurred, Katalina snapped her head that direction. Then Killian took over taking care of the other guy and she figured then would be the best time to get her dress on right as it was slipping off her shoulders. She caught it before it showed any of her female attributes and she reached behind, trying to locate the zipper. Finally locating it, she got the dress back on right. She felt much better now that she didn't have to worry about flashing anyone in the bar.
The man that Katalina had punched was knocked out and Killian did a little bow to the crew that she would normally find amusing. When he looked at her, his smile disappeared. She stared back at him. She closed her eyes a moment later, water filling her eyes as she looked down. She considered herself a strong woman, but there were still things that could get her shaken up. She could face pirates and not fear getting killed, but for some reason getting attacked the way she did was catching up to her. She swallowed, trying to form words. "Thank you, Killian," she said shakily, using his name rather than Cap'n.
"I know what you want in return. I'll go get my stuff, and you'll never have to see me again." Katalina wanted to die on her own terms, but it seemed that she would have to find a different way now. She slowly turned to the door to leave, her ankle still throbbing with pain.

How can I help you To say goodbye, it's okay to hurt and it's okay to cry let me hold you I will try
### WORDS TAG Killian
BLABLA | . Katalina didn't move when Killian finally looked at her. She wondered what he was thinking at that moment, but she knew better than to ask. The man was in pain, and that was a lack of better term on her part. She wanted the man dead that had killed Milah, but she knew that Killian wanted that even more so than her. As tempted as she would be to kill that man on sight, she'd stop herself because that was for Killian to do. Maybe she'd kick him where it hurt most, but she wouldn't kill this Rumple person.
"What I need, is to quench my thirst for vengeance," he stated, and she just looked at him for a moment. "Until then, not even all the drink in the world will satisfy me." Yes, she definitely knew the feeling to that, and whereas she couldn't drink her life away after Reese got killed, she'd allow Killian this. He'd been through too much, in her opinion, to be denied otherwise.
Katalina wasn't entirely sure what to do at this point, so when Killian was finished with the bottle he was on, she opened another one and handed it over. "That bastard will pay for what he's done, by your hands. And I will help in any way that I can, I promise you." If there was anything Katalina thought she was good for, it was keeping her promises to those that mattered to her. And Killian definitely mattered. He mattered a lot.

Katalina didn't like this. Not at all. Smee had been gone for way too long. Kat even paced on the deck while they waited for him to return. After a while, Killian gathered the crew around to discuss a plan to get Smee back because it was more than obvious that he'd been caught. She was a bit amused when he added lass after a moment of looking at her; she'd finally felt included in this group and there had been no issues since the trip to get her gold.
What Katalina didn't like was Killian's plan to go in alone. She snorted. "I have a statement. You must be out of your mind if you think I'm letting you go in alone, and without some sort of distraction." There. She'd said it. And she didn't give a care if anyone else thought she was out of line. She wasn't about to let Killian get killed trying to save Smee. She was going to go with him, and that might make her look bull-headed, but that was alright with her.
"I'm going with you." Katalina stated, though it was probably obvious that was her plan.

Gonna raise my head gonna stand my ground hey
The nerves of these men! Katalina's back was really beginning to hurt, the way she was scrunched up. And the captain insulted her libido, too. She snorted, not even knowing why she chose this ship to go on to, this crew and captain to give her things to. She silenced herself on the comments about sex. That was fine; she didn't want him anyway.
Rather than speak the truth, Katalina tried to think of a way to get around it. "If you must know, I'm tired of being held down by inanimate objects. So I'm getting rid of it all." She was not about to tell them the truth, and she rolled her eyes. "Will you please tell your men to get off of me? I really don't like being bent this way when it's not sex." She strained to straighten herself up, just wanting to be in a normal position again, looking up at him.
"I've heard of trickery pirates do. I'm not going to be a fool and just tell you where to go without striking a deal. No, if you let me travel with you, I will show you the way to my...what is it you call it, loot?"
I say have a nice day

### WORDS TAG Killian
BLABLA | . Katalina had met many people in her life, and she had never bothered to get close to very many. She didn't foresee becoming close with Killian, especially with the way their friendship had started out, but somehow the bond they had was unlike any other she'd seen. She wouldn't trade it for the world. Right now, what she wanted to do was to get rid of his pain, and she couldn't even do that. She felt utterly useless at this point, but she wouldn't admit to it.
When Killian handed her the bottle again, she took a bigger drink. At his next statement, Kat forced a small smile, but it didn't reach her eyes, for she knew that he didn't have very much feeling other than pain now. She eyed his hook, and damn the Dark One for what he did. Leaving Killian with the memory of all he'd lost. She knew that his nickname was forever to be "Hook" to a lot of people, but to her, it would always be Killian. What he used as a hand would never be who he was. It was just...part of him.
Katalina felt useless in another sort; that she couldn't stop what had been done. She knew that nobody could have foreseen what occurred, but it wasn't fair to rip someone away from someone else just because they were in love and she wasn't faithful to the one she didn't love. Forcing herself out of her thoughts, Katalina handed the bottle back. "There's an exception to every rule, Killian. You need it more than I do. Probably want it just about the same right now. If we need to get more, I'll get more."

Hey Bartender Pour em hot tonight til the party and the music and the truth collide ### WORDS TAG: Killian
BLABLA | Katalina didn't know what the outcome of this was going to be, and she didn't expect anyone to come to her rescue. So naturally, she pushed the thought of just going along with it aside and she continued her struggle, the other men smirking at her predicament. They'd been drinking too much, and they were enjoying the entertainment.
For a little bit of time, Killian was ignoring the situation, and Katalina wished that things were different, but they wouldn't be. As the main perpetrator moved his hand around her body, she glared and even tried to spit on him. He hit her right on the mouth, causing her to bite her tongue, and that was when Killian stepped in, saying good evening. She stared at him, in shock. Why would he step in when he didn't give a damn about her?
Except he did, Katalina realized. He cared enough to make a deal with her. That was the only explanation; he helps her out of this situation and she doesn't board his ship. That was the only possible explanation; she'd been warned that pirates don't truly care for anyone unless they're married. Even then it was focus on themselves.
Property? She was a piece of property? Katalina almost huffed at that; she didn't belong to anyone but she refrained. Killian was trying to get the jerks to step away from her. Though even she knew getting a coin tossed at their feet was an insult; she'd be the same way. Though the man falling with the sword hitched through his chest. She stared at the dead body for a moment, swallowing before her eyes fixated on Killian again. The two men that were holding her looked at each other, tossed her back against the bar again, and charged at Killian with all their might. She fell and as she did, she felt a pop in her ankle, crying out in pain. She got back up on her feet rather quickly.
Katalina tripped one of the men and even punched him, ignoring the pain coming from her ankle. She didn't know what was going to happen next, but she wasn't going to just stand there and watch.

How can I help you To say goodbye, it's okay to hurt and it's okay to cry let me hold you I will try
### WORDS TAG Killian
BLABLA | . Katalina truly hated seeing her friend this way, and she knew exactly what he was feeling. She'd felt it before, and it took her a long time to numb the pain. Though she knew the pain never truly went away. The rum he was drinking would numb it for a while, but once the effects wore off, it'd hit him again full force. She'd give anything to take his pain for him.
Kat knew that there was no right way to deal with this pain, and she knew that Killian wanted to get back at the man that had taken his hand and his love from him, and she would help in any way that he wanted her to; in this, she would listen. It may come to a shock to him that she'd be willing to actually listen to what he tells her to do, but she'd do it. She wanted to let him know this, but she didn't think now was the time to bring it up.
When Killian handed over the rum to Kat, she simply took a small sip and handed it back. As much as it pained her to see him this way, he was in much more pain than she was, and he needed the alcohol more. Still, she did not speak, as she didn't know what she could say to comfort him. Even she knew he was beyond that now. She just wanted him to know that he still had someone there that cared for him. He was the only person that Kat cared about anymore, and suffice it to say, he would be the only one that she cared about.
Yes, pirates will choose themselves over anyone else if push comes to shove and she even expected Killian to be the same way, but she wasn't like that. Killian would be the one she'd choose to save if it came to either him or her. They may give each other a hard time, but in truth, he was her only friend. Which was why she was here. "You don't have to slow down your drinking because I'm here, Killian." She broke the silence with her voice soft, but that would be the only thing she'd say if he still did not speak. She knew exactly how he felt, and it killed her inside that she could do nothing about it.

Hey Bartender Pour em hot tonight til the party and the music and the truth collide ### WORDS TAG: Killian
BLABLA | Katalina heard the crew come in with Killian, and she rolled her eyes but made no move to join them. She was not wanted there, and really, she didn't care. She just wanted to get to her destination already and be done with it all. That was her ultimate goal; her treasure wouldn't go to waste, and she'd be out of this world. Out of this life, and out of her misery.
Standing up to stretch her legs, Katalina decided that she wanted to explore the land before returning to the ship. However, before she got a chance, she noticed the man she had turned away had returned, walking straight up to her. She gave a sound of annoyance. "I'm not interested in-" she got cut off by two more men grabbing her arms and pushing her back into the bar. Her leg was caught on the stool, and she let out a soft bark of pain. The man smirked as this occurred, and she knew she was officially in trouble.
It wasn't like she was going to get help from Killian; if anything, they'd just laugh at her situation. Katalina was the person that no one ever wanted to have around. Except maybe this guy, as he semeed to want to have some fun with her, that she just wasn't interested in.
The man laughed in her face, even as he put a hand on her waist,, his other one trying to snake its way inside her clothing. "Seriously, get the fuck off of me!" she shouted the words, glaring, but what she got in return was a smack in the face. It hurt and she knew that she would bruise there. This was what she was resorting to? A woman that nobody would ever miss? Yeah, no thanks. This was exactly why she was going to drink poison as soon as Roy Rogers left her at her destination. Feeling the dress loosen a bit and a hand marking on her bare skin, she came back to reality.
"Hey, I said get off of me! You will pay for this, you bastard!" Even more pain as he hit her again and the men tightened their grips on her arms as she struggled. She hated being fondled like this, and she growled low in her throat as the man found exactly what he was aiming to play with first. Now she just plain wanted it all over and done with.
At this rate, Katalina wouldn't make it back on the ship on time, and she was beginning to accept that, but she was still going to fight. She was not one to give up so easy...

Hey Bartender Pour em hot tonight til the party and the music and the truth collide ### WORDS TAG: Killian
BLABLA | They were going to land. Katalina Watson was looking forward to going to a good bar where she could get drunk off her ass. Naturally, she waited until Killian was ready to get off the ship before going herself. He'd done his best to ditch her before; she was sure he was going to try again.
Tricky pirates, she mused. Katalina recollected Reese warning her of that, and of course he was going to tell her the truth, but make it sound like it was a small thing they did. She sobered. Now she truly needed to drink; when would the thought of Reese stop putting her in such a dark mood?
As she walked around, Katalina kept in mind the route to get back to the Roy Rogers, knowing that it would be easy for her to get lost; making it all that much easier for Killian to leave her behind.
Which one would think that the fact he was getting Katalina's treasure would be enough incentive to keep her on until they reached her destination.
Finally, a bar! Katalina smiled as she went inside and sat up front in the center of the bar where she ordered straight-up rum. Part of her could hardly believe that she was ordering that, since when she first tried it, she pretty much spit it right back out, but now she'd grown accustomed to the taste. She drank the first drink in minutes, and the bartender gave her another one. The woman claimed that a man had bought one for her, so she swiveled around to look. There, a man grinned, and she had to hide her cringe. He wasn't all that good-looking.
It looked like the man lived in a swamp, really, but when he got closer, he smelled okay. That was an upside. He slid in next to her and put a hand on her thigh. Looking at it for a moment with a blank face and then looking back at him, she drank the rum and smiled a bit coldly. "I would suggest taking your hand off my leg unless you want a rum bottle for a head." The man retracted it, frowning and stormed off. For now, Katalina returned to her drink, letting a sigh escape her lips.
